Usually when I visit Palm Springs, my favorite Thai spot is Thai Smile. On my latest trip, I decided to flip things and try Peppers Thai, and I was not disappointed. I went for lunch and had the chow mein with chicken, which was absolutely delicious. The environment and atmosphere are very old school and a little rough around the edges, but that usually signals really good food. The service was quick, and overall I really enjoyed my experience. I would definitely come back again.

Was walking around Palm Springs buzzing streets and found this nice Thai restaurant. Chicken and Shrimp Pad Kee Mao was tasty. Generous lunch portions. Nice outdoor seating.

Arrived and were quickly seated at the table. Everything on the menu was reasonably priced. We ordered the tofu pad se ew noodles. Man the quantity was amazing. One entree was enough for two people. One of the top 3 thai food spots I have visited till date.

I’ve never had a bad meal from Peppers Thai. My personal favorite is the Basil Eggplant with Scallops and when I dine in, I have to order the soups in the flaming pot… always delicious and a spectacle!

The service is excellent. The food is delicious. I had the Chicken Pad See Ew. The chicken was tender flavorful and plentiful the vegetables were perfect not too firm not too soggy. I opted for the spiciest option the second time I went but all that was different than the initial one I had weeks prior was a wild amount of red chili flakes that absolutely ruined the flavor of the dish its all I could taste. I suppose it’s too difficult to prepare a separate sauce for people that want real flavor and heat. I could have added more chili flakes or drowned it in Sriracha. I get it cater to the majority. You’re still better tastier and fairly priced better than the sad Thai restaurants you’re competing with. Take pride and comfort in that. You still make great food perhaps letting people know that don’t read reviews that spiciest means your chef is just gonna dump a visual and palpable amount of chili pepper flakes into the wok as they toss the noodles. Whenever I delivered here when this was my route the folk are always sweet and polite and gracious and it always smells delicious inside. Follow your nose folk.

There were not many Thai restaurants within walking distance that were open Wednesdays so we decided to try this place. Both dishes were delicious.

Peppers went above and beyond to make sure our double order of their delicious Pad Thai was delivered in time for dinner for a Chiang Mai native who would rather order from Peppers than make it for ourselves! Need we say more?
