We were excited when the new Pepper’s location opened up in Nicholasville! Their food is always flavorful, generously portioned and beautifully plated. It’s our go-to spot for dependably good Mexican food that reminds us of our time living out west.

Came to Pepper’s this evening and had a great experience. Our server, Cecy, was super friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better.
I ordered the Fajita Chimichanga, and it was absolutely amazing — cooked to perfection, super crispy, and smothered in queso just the way I like it. The Mexican rice was spot on (10/10), and the beans were solid (8/10).
We also snacked on the salsa and ranch they brought out beforehand, and both were surprisingly really good.
My dining partner ordered the Arroz con Pollo, and it was exactly what they were looking for — perfectly cooked and full of flavor.
The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept, and between the food and the service

First time going an it was great!! Food was hot and fresh and our waitress even got rid of a wasp that was creeping by our window. Will definitely be back!!

The food was full of flavor, something you don’t always get in surrounding Mexican restaurants. Huge portions & the guacamole was amazing (I normally don’t eat it). Friendly service & appropriately priced. We will be returning and you should give it a try as soon as possible.

Stopped by last weekend with family food was decent with the exception of ribeye steak my sister ordered which had little flavor. If you stick with traditional mexican style dishes food is good. Service was good and we enjoyed our experience.

Been coming here since they opened. Since then it’s been me and my wife’s favorite place to eat. We tried using a gift card we received from christmas. They did not honor it. We even had the gift receipt with us. They still didn’t honor it. The accused us of trying to use the card twice. Won’t be back. Its a great place but don’t expect to use a gift card without being treated like a criminal.

The place is beautifully decorated, and the food was even better. The ranch dip is a great addition alongside the traditional salsa that’s brought out, making the experience even more enjoyable.
