Hungry,we decided to try Peppers. Upon entering, I was surprised at thinking, this place may serve an authentic meal. We were seated quickly and ordered. The kitchen was a little slow, but the waitress stopped by to give an update. Our wait was in no way excessive and soon our meals arrived. The enchiladas were hot, flavorful, full of chicken, and had just a slight hint of heat. Three enchiladas with rice, beans and a salad, was a substantial serving. I put a good dent in it, but carried one enchilada home to enjoy later! I’m so happy we decided to stop here for a late lunch and I look forward to returning for another delicious and authentic meal soon.

Always the very best Mexican food in town. I also rate it in top 5 restaurants in town overall. Look at the size of those shrimp in my Chimichanga. Have to say they also make the best strawberry Margaritas…at 2 for 1. They are strong. Delicious, in a great location, great service and OMG delicious food & drinks. Update: my roommate dared me to get the wings, but on the condition that I get them tossed in Queso. A queso lover, I said why not after he said he would pay for them if I did it. The waiter had a hard time not laughing and told me there would be an extra charge, but I got queso tossed wings! Very heavy, but honestly not bad. Back to the usual sort of review – just know if Pepper’s can, Pepper’s will! For the people!

Great Mexican restaurant. Music selection was right on. The service was exemplary. Try the bean dip and not the queso dip, trust me!!!. Our dinner plates were well done and delicious. Menu selection is simple. I did not order margaritas, I usually do. I’m sure it’s good. It’s well out of view but worth the drive to find this place. If you do want dessert, order the fried ice cream.

Tonight I got enchiladas supremas, which is one enchilada each of beef, chicken, beans, and cheese. I’ve gotten them before and enjoyed them, but tonight they were dry with almost no sauce and buried under a bunch of lettuce. Very disappointing.

We wanted so badly to love this place. The atmosphere is great but the food just isn’t. We’ve given it multiple tries (4 to be exact) as the location was convenient. But the food is very inconsistent. Every time I would order the same thing, the single chimi, shredded beef. And each time I got a different style and different seasoned meat, sometimes with onion and tomato, wet like and sometimes just a dry meat.. It was always wayyyyy to salty though. And I mean extremely salty.
