Ordered prime rib was way under cooked and tasted horrible waitress even said steak didn’t look right to her after I commented on how it was cooked (Ordered medium well) fries were still hard not cooked thoroughly .They should find a new cook ,still fell sick to my stomach 3hrs later

Every restaurant I’ve ever gone to that offers lots of ethnicities of food had been mediocre at most of them. We ordered chicken fried steak, enchiladas, ribs, and chicken Alfredo. Everything was incredible! The waitress was attentive and helpful. To top it off, the price was very reasonable.

Food is pretty good, atmosphere is nice, but the service is questionable. Over the last several years, we’ve seen good service and we’ve seen poor service. Tonight it was time to leave a questionable review. Slow to take an order, slow to deliver drinks, slow to get the food. Then a different waitress drops our food and says “do you need any ketchup?” As soon as I said “no” she was gone. Never mind that my wife wanted Parmesan wanted to know where her cottage cheese was. They never came back and you couldn’t even flag anyone down. Then the bill came and they didn’t even give me a chance to tell them that we didn’t get what ordered. I’ll be back, but only because it’s a small town with limited places to go. I hate that I have to support a business where the owner is there, but not paying attention.

I’m giving 2 stars because the menu offered a good variety and the food was good. Not exceptional, but good. Prices very good. We were seated immediately and waited some time for the waitress. I asked what beers were on tap, and she had no idea. She then asked me to walk up to the bar to look at the taps to determine which beer I would like to order. Seriously, this was a first for me. So we ordered our meals, which came with a side and a salad. We both ordered the salad. After waiting another long time, the meals came, no salads. So we asked, and they arrived after the meals. I read a previous post indicating that this place has a variety of good desserts. This is the main reason I chose this place over others. Well we were offered a soft serve ice cream cone which comes with the meal. When I asked what else was available she indicated that the other things were not good. So we each got this pathetically small cup of soft ice cream. It was like a baby size. So would never go here again and would not recommend.

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious cordon bleu with hollandaise sauce, cooked broccoli and side salad… it was great! The wait staff were wonderful and it was worth the drive. Our son loved the desert selection and gobbled up his chocolate cake in no time. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in this neck of the woods.

Manager and owner did not seem to think there was a problem with serving undercooked (pink) chicken.
I sent back my food because the chicken patty was pink and the fries were cold! My family finished ALL of their food and we were still waiting for my plate after being there for close to an hour and a half, I asked for the check. My plate (which I still hadn’t received) was still on the bill?!
The manager was not very receptive and she was rude to top it off!
Then…… I asked the man (who was correcting my bill) if they gave a military discount, he said yes-but only to the ID holders meal. LOL. so I responded “you mean the meal that I didn’t have?” Wow!! I found out this man was the owner… I decided to call him and let him know how disappointing our visit to his restaurant was but I wasn’t able to talk to him. The lady who answered the phone informed me she was TOLD to tell me he was not there!- I can’t believe she lied-and even worse the owner wouldn’t even get on the phone!!
This dinner experience was ridiculous!!!
Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this restaurant ever again!!!!

Went there with my family and friends, we had a reservation for 6 p.m. My son and husband was served their meal. Our friends were served at different times but several of us were not served. At 8 p.m. I looked for our waitress or management. I found someone complained that it has been 2 hours and I still have not received my meal. No one could answer why several of us have not been served dinner. Service horrible Roosevelt received it. Our friends sent a plate back for being cold then the second plate was inedible. I would not go back to Peppers Grill unless they changed ownership and management. I can’t comment on the quality of food because I never received my prime rib. Sandwich. One of the couples received their prime rib sandwich but it had 1 slice of bread. Why? They had run out of bread, OMG! What a missed managed place

I had the Broken Pasta. Excellent! They have a nice selection of draft beers. Service was good. Prices were about average. My dish was $12. which included a nice side salad.
