Pepperoni’s Cafe felt like one of those easy, no-frills neighborhood spots you can count on. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed — nothing fancy, just a comfortable place to grab a quick bite.
I tried a classic slice, and it hit the spot. The crust had a nice chew, the sauce was flavorful without being too sweet, and the cheese was perfectly melty. It’s straightforward pizza, but sometimes that’s exactly what you’re craving.
Overall, it’s a solid, dependable stop for comfort food in New Orleans — simple, satisfying, and easygoing.

One of the best hidden gems in New Orleans run by one of the sweetest families you’ll ever meet. They take care of the whole family with lots of menu items and the best watermelon juice! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Started off by heading to Camellia Grill as that is our go to but line was long and we were tight on time. Looked around and found this place promising breakfast all day and since it was right around the corner we decided to try it out.
As soon as we entered we were enthusiastically greeted by the nicest person. He walked us through the menu giving us all the highlights, including their fresh juices. The food did not disappoint at all, everything was freshly made.
The owners were super attentive and really made us feel welcomed. They made it feel like you’re getting a homemade meal and are part of their family. Would definitely be back and would recommend this to everyone, especially if the wait for places around the corner is too long.

My partner and I stumbled upon Pepperoni’s looking for a snack and holy cow – what a lovely first experience in New Orleans! Maritza was absolutely wonderful, friendly, and gave us great advice for navigating the city. We split the pulled pork sandwich and caesar salad – that BREAD is so dang good, turns out they make it in house. Food was delicious, service was beyond excellent, and the space was clean and inviting.

This place should be better known as a solid and reasonably priced breakfast/brunch/lunch option in Carrollton. It’s diner style food but nicer. Very clean and friendly. I got the New Orleans omelet and they didn’t skimp on the shrimp. We live in the neighborhood and will definitely be back.

The food is great, but the people here truly are the sweetest. We order often for our school events, and I come in when I can for lunch. Today the sweet lady I interacted with at the counter found me outside as I was leaving with my order and gave me a gift card credit for my next purchase. I thought that was the loveliest thing, and it’s the delicious food plus out-the-way customer service that will keep me coming back.

3 stars to me is a business that is good enough for a lunch, but not somewhere ever worth a detour. This place is about that level of quality. The food was acceptable and there was nothing to complain about besides the incredibly long wait.
The special watermelon juice was great. It’s in a hidden little area however and parking is paid. If you’re in the area and want something new go here I guess.

This was a very nice restaurant. It was bright family friendly and very accommodating. I had the Andre Wrap. It was ok! It was a good value for the money. I really liked the Mango juice. I believe it was fresh squeezed but I am not an expert on that. this restaurant would be good for a healthy eating option because it promotes fresh fruits and vegetables.
I recommend the Crawfish omelette and cheese grits
