This is my honest review. We ordered the hot sausage pizza. The pizza was moist, tasteful but I am disappointed about the “hot sausage “. I am thinking Patton hot sausage rolled up like small meatballs. The sausage was cut up in square. I was looking for the hot sausage smell. I use all my senses with my meals. I was like is this really hot sausage.
Finally, some of my coworkers takeout order was not done correctly. This is the second time this month.
The SOP needs to be retrained someone needs to double check those take out orders for accuracy. We work at the hospital and we dont play about our meals especially if we have to wait over an hour.
We are all in agreement, we will continue to support and we recommend the hot sausage pizza at Rays!!

The restaurant is nicely appointed and the staff was very professional. I ordered online and didn’t have to wait long for my food. I ordered wings, and two pizzas. Both were very good. The wings were fine. I ordered a salad, but haven’t eaten it yet. It’s a side salad, however, it’s not a typical side salad. It has beautiful greens (not iceberg lettuce), carrots, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. My only complaint is I didn’t get honey mustard dressing for the salad. I would definitely return.

Food was great. We ordered delivery so I can’t talk to the atmosphere & service, but the food actually looked like the photos and was packaged well. I should have taken a photo of the salads. They were very big and fresh. Their system for order online was easy and we’ll be ordering from them again.

The crawfish bread was awesome. The pepperoni pizza and bbq chicken pizza were very good as well. We were in the Zulu parade and hadn’t eaten real food all day. It was late when we had run our errands post parade and looking for something to eat. It was late for them when I called to see if they were still open and they said they would take our order. It was right on time! The service was A-1.

I’m a pizza connoisseur and this is the best pizza in the city, hands down!! I got a large pepperoni, bacon and onion pizza, and an 8 piece hot wing. The ingredients on the pizza were extremely FRESH, the cheese! Omg so good. They weren’t stingy with the ingredients either. The tomato sauce was sweet and savory just how I like it, the bacon was crunchy, the pepperonis PERFECT…even the crust was delicious. The hot wings are meaty and actually hot, unlike some places. It did take about 20mins but that’s because everything was made to order, piping hot fresh out the oven..so I didn’t mind the wait. The customer service was top tier as well. No bad attitudes and I was greeted the moment I walked in. Will definitely visit this wonderful black owned business again!

OMG HANDS DOWN THE BEST PIZZA PLACE I have eaten at. My best friend took me here. Y’all are missing out on good pizza. Their hot sausage pizza is AMAZINGLY good. We also ordered wings which was AMAZING as well. Go check them out, it’s a must TRY. LOVE IT

Placed my order by phone. The person who took the order was friendly and pleasant. When I arrived my order was not ready but I didn’t have to wait long. My daughter and I sat and ate a little before we left. This was some of the best pizza and wings I have ever had. We will definitely be back.
