Greatest owners a food franchise could have. Im so happy grafton has so many amazing people like this. They even gave me a free ride in the pizza-mobile. I also got a huge discount on my chicken finger meal (which tasted absolutely amazing). Any 1 star reviews are just pure lies and this place should get the true respect it deserves. I wish i could give it more than 5 stars but i cant so 5 it is. Great employees, Great decor, and most importantly, great food.

This place is one of the worst I have had. I am a local and ordered from here at 5:00 on a Friday night we were told 40-50 minutes as it was a Fri night. We understood and agreed, an hour and a half goes by and we still had not received our pizza. We called again they answered on the second call and put us on hold immediately. 20 minutes on hold goes by so we decided to hang up and call back we called 14 times and it rang out. They finally picked up and when they did they had told us that our pizza had JUST come out of the oven. By this point it had been over 2 hours. So we explained that the pizza was supposed to be here an hour and a half ago they told us it would be another half an hour until we would receive our food. At this point we were upset and just canceled the order. Never order from here it has gone so downhill since the son has taken over. Service is rude and terrible.

The man behind the counter spent 10 minutes speaking to his friend in some foreign language before even asking me for my order. It took over 25 minutes to make a pastrami grinder, no Swiss cheese, no sourdough, and the meat was nasty and old and grisly. Cheese fries was soggy fries with a tablespoon of cheese on top. Place was dirty and empty at prime dinner hour 6:30pm, now I know why nobody was there. Never again, I threw it in the trash where it belonged.

My family is visiting so Brother In Law and I went there and got 4 items (small tuna grinder, cheeseburger, chicken cordon bleu wrap and The Buffalo). I admit I was pretty hungry so I tore The Buffalo up. My family also enjoyed their sandwiches. My sister is picky and if she had no complaints I consider that a thumbs up. Owner very nice. Will definitely go back.

This place seems to mess up something about our order almost every time. They’re also constantly raising their prices and don’t have an accurate menu posted anywhere that I could find. Today, a large two topping pizza was over $17, and we only ended up with one topping on it. After giving them more than enough chances, I’ll never order another pizza here. The one topping pizza we got for our $17 was very poor quality as well, so even if it had been what we ordered it was still sub par.
They also frequently hang up the first time you call to order, which is frustrating. Their sandwiches are also incredibly expensive for what they are and you could do better going to the Subway up the street

Happen to run across this pizza place while trying to decide what to eat and where. There are so many options to choose from to create a pie for even the most discerning palate. This establishment takes pride in the food they put out, definitely will be going again.
