I went to Dunkin today and got three sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant with a donut And paid over $18 for it got my order realized something wasn’t right. I only had one sausage, egg and cheese croissant on me when there were supposed to be Three of them got back showed them the receipt. They were lucky. One of the Worst and Rudest Dunkin that I’ve ever been in! This Dunkin has a lot to learn when it comes to customer service! I ordered a $5 meal deal. When I got my sandwich it had a little tin piece of bacon on it when I brought it up to the counter and I asked the young male employee if he could remake it that’s when he had a crash out and had the most obnoxious attitude about it. Dude I’m not asking for you to preform brain surgery just remake the breakfast sandwich. Then I asked for the district manager number after a certain amount of time passed the male rude employee gave it to me. And get this he tells me “ They are training me to be a manager “ WOW! Seriously you’re going to be a manager of the Dunkin in Ventnor! lol Wait till summer when the shoobies eat you up and spit you out! Best be getting some better people skills and learn how to deal with making customers happy and satisfied! After all that’s why you have a job there! Totally unprofessional and rude.Good luck having a successful career in customer service with that kind of attitude towards customers!

Walked in. Wasn’t even greeted sat there for a couple minutes before someone came over. And the tips thing is getting a little ridiculous. Not only do they have a tip cup at the register they have another one where you pick up the food. How are you? Going to have tip jars out everywhere but you have terrible service. Improve your service and you only need one tip cup guaranteed. Unfortunately only Dunkin donuts in this area, but if you know of another coffee shop just skip this one.

Very disappointed the second time I ordered there. On Oct 15th, My husband picked up my order, it was not right and when My husband asked to have it fixed, cashier gave him an attitude. Still got it wrong!!! Also, I received wrong size coffee and wrong messed up donuts. It says mediam on the coffee cup but it’s a small size cup. When I did the survey after my experience I got an email and it said I should have returned But I was not going to drive back for that, they should have paid attention to the order and do it right the first time. Why do they even have an app if they still going to make the wrong orders . It supposed to make it convenient not complicate things for customers.

Just don’t go unless you want to waste your time. This was supposed to be a strawberry coolata and this was after them “remaking” it (tasted watered/milk down) – Not to mention 2 of my other drinks completely melted after waiting almost 45 minutes for an app order with no other customers. No apologies or anything.

This was the filthiest place I have ever been forced to patronize. The bathroom was disgusting. There was urine and paper all over the floor. The sugar and straw stand was covered in sticky crumbs. A 1/2 hour after I drank my iced coffee. I got violently ill & was in the bathroom for ninety minutes.
Avoid this place like the plague, or enter at your own risk.

The verbally aggressive bathroom user non-customer (VABUN) was a turn off.
The customer that bought him (VABUN) a coffee and a donut so vabun could use the bathroom was a nice human for doing it.
Im not rewarding bad behavior.

I wanted to give. A huge thank you to the server I had today . She was a very cautious and took great care of me knowingly I had so many allergies and she did wonderful preparing my drink. Typically, I get nervous going out because of my allergies, but she did a wonderful job. She was very caring and she was very cautious to make sure that none of my allergens were near each other And she made sure to be very careful making my drink, and I really appreciate it. She was super sweet as well great customer service
