My husband and I came into this location and experienced the coolest crew ever encountered at a restaurant!! Everybody was vibing high; good energy all around! That whole night crew deserves something extra special!! The prettiest philly we ever did see! Like they said, “That right there is picture worthy! That picture needs to be up on the menu screen!” They loaded our food up so well!! What a great night with some banging food and dope people to talk to!! Hooked us up, pepperjax, thank you kindly!! 🙂

My husband and I stopped in to get a couple of sandwiches to go. The employees were nice and the restaurant seemed clean. Unfortunately the food was just okay. The Philly sandwiches at Mama’s Pizza in La Vista taste better and are less expensive. The fries were over salted.

Ordered on line. Got home with the worst food from one of my favorite places for steak Philly sandwiches. The mushroom gravy was spoiled. It smelled horrible. I only had a small amount but got violently ill in the morning. The fries ,which are usually very good, looked like the end of the bag. The majority of the fries were small and burnt!

Ordered a STEAK PHILLY , double steak and mushrooms. There isn’t enough steak to even fill the sandwich let alone double steak, and NO mushrooms. The sandwich looks awful!!! Really disappointing because uusually this store does so much better. The fries were overcooked and bland to top it all off

I was basically shooed away with the smallest water cup so I didn’t wait for my food. They acted like I was a huge annoyance I was being so nice or not saying anything. They didn’t even ask me what I wanted on top of my Philly. They asked what sauce I want for my fries and I said ketchup and he looked at me with disgust and said it’s already by the drink station. I came in to order food the other night and it was such an amazing group of people working they were fast and very respectful and the food was so good! I had a chance to talk with some of the workers and they were so nice and respectful, a guy named Josh started a great conversion while preparing my food he asked me how my day was and was multi tasking very well like putting my fries I ordered in the fryer while he was cooking my food. The young lady on the register I believe on my receipt her name was Jessica was also very nice and very very respectful overall the staff here are amazing and this location really knows who to hire this is top tier customer service! I’m not from Omaha but if I ever come back to Omaha this place will be seeing me again!

This Peperjax deserves an A+ with their customet service! I had a pretty horrible experience at the location in Sapp Brothers on 144th. Needless to say, they were more than willing to correct my order no problems asked along with exceptionally professional service and understanding of the situation.
