I had such a great time at Ooi Sushi & Bar! The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed brunch or a casual night out. The drinks were delicious—refreshing, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. I also loved the sushi rolls; they were fresh, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the appetizers (the edamame was a nice touch!).
Service was smooth, and the staff made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

I love finding new places and being completely blown away. Ooi was incredible! I came in for the lunch special, got the spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll… basic, I know… but you can always judge a place by it’s basics too. Solid start!
Since I wanted to really munch, I got the crazy tuna roll to round out the meal and wow… the peppered tuna on top did not disappoint. The team working was great as well, everything came out quickly.
I highly recommend this place and can’t to come back for a true excursion into their menu! Enjoy!

the takoyaki is solid 8/10, the sashimi is fresh 8.5/10, the service is quick and nice. the sushi roll is nice but the rice is cold its like eat roll that come from a fridge. maybe it will be nice if they use warm or room temperature rice:) overall 8.5/10! nice place to eat sushi!<3

My boyfriend and I decided to come here for a date night and we were truly blown away! The sushi we ordered was superb and delicious to every grain of rice. We ordered the crazy salmon roll, dragon roll, and 2019 roll, all of which were beautifully presented. We were also shocked by the portion sizes — we did not expect to see so much fish! Everyone was super friendly and took great care of is. Cannot wait to diner here again 🙂

I’ve had this place saved for a while, the sushi rolls are amazing. Soooo good!!! I love how the menu has everything pictured, makes ordering so much easier, it’s very spacious and I def recommend coming during happy hour to score some discounted drinks and rolls!

I love the DoorDash “buy one get one” deal they have for the Godzilla Rolls. I get takeout quite often, and it’s always very tasty. When dining in, the atmosphere and service are good and comfortable for talking with friends.

This is my favorite sushi place in LIC!! The seafood is fresh and the portions are amazing for the prices. We got spicy tuna, crispy rice and tuna, and ramen! ramen had tons of toppings and sushi was also fat with filling. Interior is also beautiful 🙂 come with friends or a date :))

First time here and i LOVED IT. I stopped by afterwork just missing the great deals for their lunch special. But i got the tuna tataki and the shumai and hot sake and OMG SO GOOD. The tuna is melt in your mouth and flavorful. With a side of rice it really hit the spot. Queenie was also great, made some recommendations and very attentive.

Had a great time at Ooi Sushi!!! Service was great. They were attentive and informative about happy hour!! So many options on HH, the good stuff. Sweet Sweet roll was incredible better than Nobu! Food came out fast and the portions were big. Drinks were firm and tasty. One of the best spots in LIC. Thanks for having us. We’ll be back!
