When I ordered from them I expected that it would be an easy in and out process, yet when I arrived they bumped up the time it would to take to prepare my order on the app. While that is reasonable because it was busy, when I went in they told me that they where out of meatballs and refunded me for the item, that is no big deal. But when they finally gave us our order they didn’t even have the sense to give us utensils or napkins. Thus we asked for them to give us them and they did but after they went and got the order of someone on the other side of the diner, and the whole time we where having this interaction the person who was “helping us” was giving us a plain nasty glare. Once we finally opened the containers, to my chagrin, the french toast was burnt beyond my threshold of willingness to eat.

I really wanted to try this place because of the reviews and location, but i had quite a few issues that I tried to get past. Dirty silverware, so i asked for plastic, which they gave, but that had hair and dust on it. The food was not hot but came out fast. I had egg shells, which was just off-putting. The waitress yelled at me and kicked me out for complaining . It was a bit embarrassing and uncalled for. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful. I am minority because I complained…… Im appalled. This place is terrible!!

My family and I love this Diner. My husband and I go sometimes to get a nice breakfast after working out for a few hours at the gym. It’s a nice treat and relaxing. The service is great and the food is delicious.

I stumbled upon this diner after an appointment I had nearby. The diner wasn’t busy. The food was bland and average. I spruced it up with a little salt and pepper. I really enjoyed that they served beef sausages. I don’t eat pork and enjoy a good beef sausage from time to time. However, many establishments don’t serve beef sausages. So that was the highlight of my dining experience at this diner. The portion size was not your typical huge diner sized portion. However the food was just enough. My waitress was young and pleasant. If I’m in the area and have the desire for beef sausage this is where I will come.

Breakfast was okay, I ordered the crab cakes benedict. $23 out the door for tip plus coffee and benedict. I generally feel Summit Diner serves up a better crab cake, these felt overdone and very crispy. Enjoyed the service, regular coffee fills and good seating with a nice diner ambiance.

The manager or host in the front didn’t greet us, just took our card and proceeded to talk to other guest. They seemed to treat us very differently than others not sure why! In addition to the horrible service please believe the other recent reviews the food comes out fast with no flavor, sloppily overcooked. 1.5/5 for food and I’d say 0/5 for service as they don’t treat people equally here. I do want to make it clear our server was very nice it was the manager who made it such a horrible experience. 100% do not recommend. There are other great options in the area with better food and really amazing service.

were in the area and looking for a quick breakfast and found this… we ordered the lox bene and the traditional bene… couple of pancakes on the side… the benes were okay… my wife loved the hollandaise sauce while i find it just fine or maybe a tad bit below fine… the coffee was also lacking some character… not sure if itbwas already stale or what but i didn’t feel like i was drinking coffee… the service though was good and fast… maybe it was just a slow day… i don’t know…

This diner is ok. It’s very clean which I greatly appreciate. The food is fine, but it’s kind of bland. It’s a bit pricey, but I guess the town supports the prices. Coffee is marginal nothing fancy.
