From ordering online to pick up, I only ever had good experiences with no issues what so ever. The pizzas we order (we order monthly) are always exactly what we requested and the service is great. I love how very clean the inside of the store for orders and pick is!

Great customer service. I called it all in and was given a very accurate wait time, it was ready when I came in 20 mins after. I’m was excited to try the keto friendly pizza and it did not let me down! I ate some before even cooking it! Resembles lasagna but keto friendly. Very impressed with all the available toppings such as sun dried tomatoes and garlic!

Placed order online once and said they never got the order even though I received the confirmation order. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and said wait would be 45 min wait.
Came back decided to try with them again a couple weeks later. Placed order one hour ahead of time with calling to check about it for confirmation 30 min ahead of the scheduled pick up. Time of arrival to pick up, they said they hadn’t even started it and would be 7 min wait. Idk what’s going on with this establishment but the reputation they are setting for themselves is not good. Not impressed with the staff and professionalism either. Last time I use this location

Paid 45.00 for pizza with very minimal toppings. It was the worst pizza I have ever gotten from there. Usually it’s great, but this time both pizzas hardly covered the crust. Garlic chicken had such little chicken I was lucky to get any per price. The pepperoni actually had space between each slice and each slice was transparent. Terrible, I don’t think I will go back.

Update: I tried the link provided to reply and “make it right,” and the link does not work properly.
Messed up my order twice. Ordered meat lovers with crispy bacon instead of Canadian bacon, and it had olives and stuff on it and Canadian bacon instead of the crispy bacon. Called them, and they remade it. Drove 10 miles back into town to pick it up, and it had just a little bit of a sprinkle of crispy bacon and had Canadian bacon on it. I was dumb. I should have checked it before I left. When pulling off the Canadian bacon, it was a bit slimy and off color. I think it was past its prime. Grossed me out. I even spoke to the manager, and she she repeated back my order correctly. I’m going to check my orders for correctness and quality from now on.
