$15.99 for a chicken tender to be slapped in between bread and called a sandwich! Absolutely ridiculous ! Soggy fries as well ! Go in to show the product compared to what they advertise on their picture . Netta the lady that was attending the register was rude and should not work in anything with customer service . If you don’t like your job work somewhere else.

We visited Krate at The Grove tonight and decided to try Peppajak. Our meals, ‘burger, wings, and fries, OH MY!’, were exceptionally satisfying. The service we received was truly phenomenal, making this far from your average takeout experience. We sat in outdoor seating, which is conveniently located in front of the Krate stage, which was great because we happened to come on Regaee night where a DJ was mixing a great playlist. Our meals, along with condiments, were brought directly to our table. Staff also thoughtfully checked on us. What a perfect date night. Looking forward to a return visit, as I’d love to try the mac and cheese bites.

I recently visited peppajack, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right, with fresh toppings and a perfectly toasted bun that held everything together. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and paired well with their variety of dipping sauces—especially with hot honey sauce. The portions were generous, the service was quick and friendly, and you can enjoy your food in outside seating place that have napkins and constantly checking employees to ensure you have everything you need. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty burger or crispy tenders, this spot hits the mark. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Today was my first time trying out peppajak at the krate in Wesley chapel. I placed 3 orders and received my orders fast which I was very impressed with but when I got to the car and opened the food I seen I didn’t have the correct order and I went back to exchange my food. This time I got the correct order and I got home and opened the boxes of food the fries looked so bad and the wings and tenders was horrible. Overall for my first time trying them out this was the worst experience. I will not be returning back ever for business there. Do better!!!!

Ordered from here on a whim (we needed a quick lunch while catching a movie at the B&B Theatre) and it was astonishingly bursting with flavor! I was expecting a plain burger and some tenders and this was WAY better than we expected! The burger was delicious and the fries were seasoned so well! Definitely coming back again.

I ordered the Krate burger, and it was good. However, the fries were very burnt. I have no idea why you would serve burnt fries. They take 3-4 mins to cook, I would have waited for fresh ones. Too late to go back. Should have opened the box before walking away.

Service was good. But the burger was tasteless and the chicken was frozen, not fresh like advertised on their website. The fries were overcooked. Very bad experience. Will not go back.

Stopped into here so my step-dad could grab me some lunch, and I gotta say I was insanely impressed. Atmosphere is great, service was phenomenal, and the food was delicious. Burger was cooked perfectly, fries were seasoned nicely, drink selection was great! The cook even gave me an extra patty on my burger for my first time! If you’re ever checking out Krate or just in the area I HIGHLY recommend Peppajak!
