This is by far the best, moist, smoked, flavored chicken that I have had in Oregon. My wife and I stopped here on a whim one weekend and oohhh mmyyy goodness. I’m a griller (or so I’d like to think) and it’s extremely difficult to get that consistent low temperature. Pepe definitely got it dialed in. I’ve been here three times so far, and every single time, the chicken has the perfect crispy outer layer while the meat still falls right off the bone. And the flavor is so on point.
To top it off, he included the spicy beans and rice with this magical homemade salsa…best Mexican style beans I’ve had….ever. 10/10 experience. My only complaint is that I have to wait until Friday to fulfill this new found craving. Keep up the good work! I’ll be back for sure.

the cook says he is the owner. before he actually sold my mom burnt chicken and now He would not let me see the chicken inside the already boxed chicken before purchasing why??? He is dishonest with ulterior motives forcing me to buy it that is a bad character for an owner, we the customer is how he makes sales without us who is he gonna sell it to? theres are alot of other grill seller in Salem that are nice and friendly. anyway my friends and relative will stop buying from this Guy. Beware! to be force to buy or be threaten not to comeback with small burnt chicken.

Mom and pop shop with the most delicious grilled chicken. Sides are great too! The combination plate is great value with rice, beans, salsa, and entire grilled chicken for $25. The owners are friendly and hardworking you can tell they love what they do, definitely can taste it in their food!

Very delicious authentic Mexican food! The combo with chicken, rice, beans and salsa is AMAZING!! Everything is fresh and homemade. Best rice and beans I’ve ever tried and it pairs perfectly with the pollo asado!
