This seemed to be a popular breakfast spot. We were treated at the door as one of the staff members opened the door for us. They get your food on the table quickly and clean up for new customers quick too. The food was pretty good, but not excellent. I had the chorizo and eggs, which i enjoyed. The potatoes could have been cooked a little bit more. The corn tortillas were excellent. They were homemade and probably the best I’ve ever had. Overall, it was a pleslasant experience.

my wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch and the Ruben was excellent. They come in two different sizes and we got the big one and we shared it, but when I saw that they had flan on the menu, I could hardly wait to finish the Reuben and we shared the flan I’m telling you if you’re not even hungry but find yourself in the area stop in for the flan. It is great light and easy to enjoy without stuffing you out..

We visit the area quite often and was looking for a different option when we found Pepes. The breakfast was so good we came back the next morning! Chicken fried steak and eggs and green chili was delicious! Also hade the hot roast beef sandwich with creamy mash potatoes very good and at a decent price! Prepare for a short wait but the service was so good it was awesome! We’ll done Pepe’s!!

The food here was amazing! Husband said the pork green chili was the best he’s ever had and my biscuits and gravy were so fluffy and perfect. The service was above and beyond…the manager (I assume) was hustling left and right checking on customers and making sure everyone was enjoying their food and needs were all met. Witnessed another server kindly helping an older lady into her chair and helping her take her coat off; little things you don’t typically see anymore. If you’re in Cottonwood, you MUST come to Pepe’s!

We couldn’t get in the front door before a staff member opened it for us and that’s the level of service we got at every turn.
We were immediately seated in a very cushy booth and served water and hot coffee and given menus. A few minutes later our server came around to check if we were ready to order. We were (chicken Caesar wrap and huevos rancheros) and we received our food in less than 10 minutes and it was superb. I made a modification to my wrap and they were so accommodating. The French fries were so crisp and crunchy without being oily. All for $30, it’s no wonder this is a favorite with locals.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this small, family-owned restaurant in Sedona, and it was truly wonderful. The service was exceptional – the owner personally greeted us and made us feel incredibly welcome, adding a warm, personal touch to the experience. The prices were also very reasonable considering the high quality of the food. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fantastic meal with a truly special atmosphere.

My wife and I came to Sedona for vacation, on our way back to phoenix for our flight we stopped for a quick breakfast. We found Pepe’ and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, inexpensive, and the atmosphere was infectious. I don’t know who the man is (maybe the owner) was so loud and welcoming with everyone that came in. We will definitely be back anytime we are in the area.
