I waited 30 minutes for a hamburger and happy meal I saw it sitting there i about just walked back there to grab it myself then the employee wants to argue with me because I told her 30 minutes was wayyy long to slap a hamburger together. Very poor management at this location they were not that busy to have that kind of service. Excuse me this sloppy hamburger

Placed my order and was in Line 20 min before we got to the pick up window. The girl handed me an order that was not mine. I told her what I ordered ( 4 holiday pies) and she asked another employee where the order was. That girl proceeded to tell her they were out of holiday pies so just give us apple. I told the girl I didn’t order apple and didn’t want apple so please just refund me. I was told very rudely that she could not refund me. I could take the apple pies or some cookies. I told her I just wanted a refund. She told me I wasn’t listening to her and that her finger didn’t have the power to give me a refund. I told her to get someone that could. She told me that the manager was outside in her car on break so it couldn’t be done. By this time I’m mad about the way they are handling this so I told her to go get her. The manager comes in with an attitude and tells me she is on break and would I just take some cookies. Again I said no just give me a refund. The manager ( was very rude) said that takes time and wanted me to pull over. I refused, she got mad and told me to pull over and wait until she gets off her break to process a refund. I finally just left because I had somewhere else to be.
I know it wasn’t much money but it was the point that they didn’t have the product I ordered, didn’t want to give me a refund, and wanted me to just go on. Very rude employees!

Sat in the drive thru for over forty minutes, at 11:30 at night. Finally got to the window, sat there for another five minutes just to be asked to pull forward. Canceled order and left.
What a joke. What kind of clown show are they running there?! Haven’t had McDonald’s in over a year and this was a great reminder of why.
Edit: and the coke they gave me tastes like shit. Its fast food people, its really not at all complicated…

Ordered online and checked in at drive thru waited 15 mins before getting to first window. 25 before 2nd then was asked to move forward when we only ordered 4 for 5 and a quarter pounder with cheese only and 2 drinks. Manager was yelling at window girl and then acted as if she gave us our order I said ma’am I’m waiting on my food.. she snapped back and realized she was wrong and then walked away. The our food was awful. Messy and cold..

Ordered 2 ice cream cones, $5+. Get to window and they are dumped upside down in a cup with cone sticking up out the cup. I said that I cannot drive and eat like this why? She said it was too soft to make a cone. Which should have been explained when I ordered. I was fixing to give them back , I told her I can’t eat this and she shut the window. We stop here often and have issues every time. Long waits, cold food but the ice cream cone upsidedown took the cake!

I ordered a big mac meal and quarter meal. Received food in a bag, quarter pounder was missing. Had to order again. The big mac wasn’t complete. I took it back up to the counter for remake. I made the comment that staff needed to talk less and pay attention to customers. The manager came to counter, very hateful, said staff was talking to her. I told not to talk to me that way. She came back with don’t talk about my staff. The only thing I said was they were yacking to much
The drive through had mixed up orders as well, one came in stating that she didn’t receive the correct order. I still didn’t get the right big Mac.

For 5 days in a row of trying to get breakfast before work and they messed my orders up every time, when I come through and order 2 drinks it takes me 30 minutes just to get them. When I take lunch and I try to get something fast it takes my whole lunch break waiting for my food from them.This location in Clinton needs closed down or everybody fired not a single person in there cares for the customers or their jobs! Clinton would be a better place without McDonald’s!

Stopped here for the second time, on a road trip we take often. I noticed the restaurant smelled a little off, and the women’s restroom was disgusting. My husband ordered food and they took a long time to get it out. The chicken nuggets were clearly old and they gave us the wrong sauce. We were going to place an additional order but decided not to since food took so long. Two employees walked out crying while we waited, wasn’t a good sign. Won’t be returning.
