Very unfriendly staff. I’ve never experienced this at other locations. I came in smiling and left down cast trying the shake off the negative mood that rubbed off onto me. All I ordered was fries, lemonade, and a cookie but it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to pay attention long enough to get the full order. At first they ignored me completely and helped the person who came in behind me. Then they forgot one of my items because they were barely listening and I stood at the register, ignored, trying to get their attention until the fries were ready and they had to interact. While I’m standing there they reached past me like I wasn’t there to give someone else their food.

There was a manager that was power tripping. I had a buy one get one free coupon and she told me I to choose between 4 subs and refuse to sell me the club. I had to get two subs that I didnt want since they were on the buy one get one free coupon. Technically I should of been able to get any sub I want and the free one should of been one of those 4 subs on the coupon.

When you think of an amazing sandwich shop full of flavor, fresh cut meat and plenty of options to pick from look no further. The minute you walk through the door you are greeted by staff that are willing to answer any questions you may have about the menu. Whether you prefer a hot or cold sub they will have something to fit your appetite. You can choose between chips or fresh cut fries for a side (but you’d be crazy to pick chips). Then wash it all down with some of the best tasting fresh squeeze lemonade in town. If you need some desert the cookies are incredible. The best part of this location is the owners have clearly poured their heart into this business and are willing to go the extra mile to make this one if the best Penn Stations in town. Ryan and the other two employees working on Sunday, May 11th were amazing! We were traveling from out of town and they were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and made our first Pen Station experience incredible! Everything about this road trip stop was perfect- the employees, the food, and the clean restrooms! We will be sure to stop again next time we are driving through!

Ok so when we walked in there was not greeting. Then when I tried to ask about a sandwich I was cut off with a “Is this for here or to go?” Smh.. the good part is he did help us with which sandwich to choose and what toppings worked best. When paying for out food we were greeted with yet again nothing… the girl ringing us out never even spoke when my husband said “hey how are you?” The manager was very kind. He gave us cookie samples in our meal and spoke to us tanking us for coming. I just wished his politeness rubbed off on his team.. overall the food was great, fries were hot and fresh. The lemonade tasted pretty old and watery. I swapped for a fountain drink instead.
