Do the freaking lettuce police work at this location? I ordered 12 tacos and they all look like this. I’m taking my business back to the location on Northern, even though it’s further.

I wish I would have taken a picture of my breakfast at this place. Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a Supreme Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich that is supposed to have ham, bacon, an egg and cheese.

We went through the drive through so I get the order and the bag is so light I thought the only thing in the bag was the ketchup I asked for. I had my wife pull over and I look in the bag and can see there is a sandwich of some sort but what a joke it was! I actually laughed at first.

I open the wrapper and could only see one slice of bread, smashed so it’s less than a half inch thick. That’s it. Not the at minimum 3”thick sandwich on the menu. I look further and see the bottom piece is smashed so thin you don’t actually see it at first. I pull the two pieces of bread apart thinking they just gave me bread because it’s so light and there is once slice of ham so thin it’s about the thickness of a credit card! Something that resembles goop I believe is cheese, and what must have been a quail egg because no self respecting hen would lay this sad excuse for an egg I’m sure of it. I didn’t even bother looking at the hash brown I walked back into the restaurant and asked for a refund. I’ll never waste my time with Jack in the Box again especially for breakfast!

They always without fail make you park in front of the store even when no one is in line and the designated spots suck you have to do a 3 point turn to park in them because they are right off the drive through.
Annoying to come here but close to my house

Worst experience ever had a Mobile order online and went to go pick it up and the lady refused to give it to me at the door and made me wait in a line that wrapped around the whole parking lot while I was on my bicycle like I only ordered two things and it was a mobile order to be able to avoid this long line in the drive-through. She had a total attitude like there was nothing but super respectful and she got an attitude with me for no reason I’m just baffled right now. So by the time I got my shake, it was melted as it was already ready whenever I showed up at the door and then she instructed me to the long line to go wait in in the drive-through. I never write bad reviews, but this is just completely insane to me.

I called 3 times first call kept ringing till voice mail, 2nd time I called it rang for a good like 3 minutes they picked up and hung up, you could hear them put the phone down and it hung up, third time I called the call was just left ringing very unprofessional I don’t understand why you can’t answer the phone and I worked fast food before and I understand it could get busy but not answering the phone then answering the phone just to hang up right away very unprofessional if it was busy I could understand but atleast let me know instead of answering and hanging up this place is open 24 hours btw so there always is someone there I called at 9:58 pm on December 29th reason I’m saying the date is because I want the store manger or owner too see who was on shift and then have consequences because if nothing happens they are just going to continue doing this very unprofessional! I go here all the time so I know they are able to answer the phone

WORST DRIVE THRU!! Always make you drive upfront to wait 10-15 minutes even when theres no cars in line for a simple meal. And all that to mess up your order. You can see employees just standing and talking. Manager always has a bad attitude.

I experienced very poor service during my visit today at approximately 12:20 PM in the drive-through. The staff member assisting me appeared frustrated as I repeated my order to ensure accuracy. When I arrived at the payment window, she opened it and stated my total but was not prepared to collect payment, leaving me waiting about five minutes while she continued taking orders.

What concerned me most was the lack of sanitary practices. While preparing my drink, she used her bare hand to scoop ice into my cup and held the cup directly with her hands while multitasking with other orders. After waiting about six minutes in total, I was handed my food. When I asked for sauce, I was only provided two ranch cups despite ordering three burger meals.

This experience left me disappointed both in terms of customer service and food safety standards. I hope this matter is addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I called to get my stolen order remade, and I received the absolute worse attitude about my request. Not my fault you didn’t confirm the driver was supposed to receive my order.

I pulled into the drive-thru with zero cars ahead of me, but they still asked me to pull forward and wait. I ended up sitting in my car for about 15 minutes before finally getting out to check what was going on. My order was already done and just sitting there while the employees stood around talking. Completely avoidable delay and really disappointing service.
