This is my first time having Penn station. It was fantastic. The customer service was impeccable. The quality of bread and meets and cheeses was more than I had expected. All in all I have to say if you get a chance to go to Penn station go to the one in Danville because they are fantastic.

Stopped here on our way out of town for vacation. This place needs a major update. Even the location was a little dead…hardly no one in the area. Staff was decently friendly! Food was pretty good…tasted just like other Penn Stations that I’ve eaten at. I had a pepperoni and American cheese Dagwood and my hubby had a turkey and provolone. I liked mine, I don’t think my hubby was that crazy about his! Probably would not eat here again if in the area!

I’m not sure what the actual name of the sandwich is called, an employee had recommended it, so I just call it “Aidenfabulous”. It’s the only kind I get since I first tried one. It’s my favorite because the employee Aiden has made it with great pride and always with a glowing smile. Such a wonderful employee!!

Sticky gross tables and floors no matter where you walked. Staff appeared to be just as miserable as we were in there. $25 sandwich, fries and drink was not worth it for what you get. Hardly any meat on the sandwich as shown in picture. Won’t be going back.

Drive halfway across Danville got there at 9:47 only to be told they couldn’t make me a cold sub.. why the hell are you open until 10 if you can’t serve customers? Wasted my time and gas for nothing terrible service.

I went in and got 4 subs 2 of the subs were made right and the other 2 were not. We went back in to get them fixed and the young man the chef I believe his name was Aiden was really rude to my wife his customer service skills is very low and i dont recommended this place when he is there . The young lady her name was Sadie she remade our subs and was very polite and made them in a timely manner but were still made incorrectly. We unfortunately will not be going back, the food was not up to par.
