I got a door dash order that came completely cold. None of the meat touched a grill. The fries were old and soggy. There was no heat coming from the bag. I called and the manager lied telling me that they were busy and they had an order for the same sandwich but one was cold which I could have believed if it wasn’t prepared the exact same way I ordered mine. I’ve ordered from there before and have never had an issue but because of the quality and the lies of the staff I will NEVER eat here again. I will go to the other one from now on.

The food is still delicious. However, bring your own drink because the fountain drink machine is filthy and moldy. The last couple times we’ve been to this location we’ve noticed it has taken a nose dive as far as cleanliness but we overlooked it b/c the staff was friendly and the food still great. Today was a different story. The place is now too dirty to ignore and the two employees working were rude, especially the female who rang up our food. The place wasn’t even busy so there was absolutely no excuse. She was rude as she rang up our food. We ignored it. She then came and dropped our food onto the table as if we had horribly inconvenienced her for coming in. We still didn’t say a thing but we won’t be going back unless the staff improves and the place gets a major cleaning.

While I did enjoy my visit I don’t know that this is a place I would visit regularly given the chance. The sandwich had a really nice crunch, which is my favorite part about a hot sandwich. The homestyle fries were also good, a tad greasy, but they’re French fries. My only real complaint is that I lost half of my toppings trying to close it. Maybe if the meat had been evenly placed it would have closed. Overall happy with my visit. The employees were nice, and the restaurant was clean.

We just had a great experience at this location. In a world sorely lacking in good customer service, they had 2 young woman on this shift who were so friendly and sweet! They had genuine smiles & good attitudes while at work. It’s was so unlike other fast food locations in the area where you almost feel like your bothering them for being there. Such a refreshing experience!

This used to be one of our favorite places to go. Unfortunately, it seems like the last couple of times the quality has gone down quite a bit. I always look forward to their cookies which used to be the best in town. Now they are always dark and burnt. I said something about it while the lady was ringing us out but she didn’t say anything so I guess they don’t really care either that their quality has gone downhill. I hope to see them do better again in the future!

The kitchen was really dirty like it hadn’t been inspected in a year. The floor under the counter was filled with months of crumbs. A floor drain was plugged up, so they put out a wet floor sign instead of actually fixing the problem. The tea and pop area had flies swarming me. I was embarrassed for suggesting we eat here because this location definitely doesn’t represent the brand.
