Our sandwiches were good but the cook, who was also the only guy in the place was in between cleaning and feeding a homeless lady’s dogs. It wasn’t something you usually see while dining in an establishment.. I was happy to see he made our food before the feeding the dogs…

Update: we ate here again and they got our order correct this time. It was really good and they made the food very quickly.
We ordered two sandwiches and both of them were wrong. I’m pretty sure the one sandwich we received was for the lady in front of us because nothing on it was correct besides the bread. We told them it was wrong so they started to make our order over. We decided we wanted an order of fries and a drink and the worker gave us two drinks and a large fry for free because of the mishap. All in all, the sandwiches were really good once corrected, and the fries were absolutely amazing.

I USED TO love PS. Now it’s overpriced mediocre. If I never eat there again I will be fine. My son picked up 3 sandwiches to bring home. My Ruben was bad. I did not finish it. Threw half away. Kraut had no flavor, sauce nonexistent and the bread seemed to have shunk in width due to Bidenomics. Corned beef also lacked flavor.. Arby’s Reubens blow these out of the water. My wife’s sub had minimal sauce.

This place just can’t get it right. Every single time (6 to be exact) my order is wrong. It’s either not grilled or has the wrong condiments. One time I took it back for them to correct it and make it grilled and when I got home 25 minutes later I realized they made it with only lettuce when it was supposed to be without lettuce. Obv I was too far away to take it back at this point. Today they gave me a wrap instead of regular white bread. Also, here’s a picture of them closing 30 minutes early and refusing to unlock the door for a customer. And don’t bother responding to their offer to contact them directly about your complaint as that will go unacknowledged.

I got 2 Italian subs. Terribly disappointed. I’ve never had a cold cut sub toasted. The grease from the pepperoni over powered the rest of the almost non existent meats. The fries should of been put down when the sandwiches were being made not before. They were cold. This was not an East Coast sub. Not even close

My husband and I were very disappointed tonight with Penn Station. The bread that our sandwich came on was incredibly small. It honestly wasn’t much bigger than a hot dog bun. Be aware if you go there to order. Is this some new cost savings? Sad!

My visit to Penn Station wasn’t bad, but it took a while to get my food. I can’t blame the employee, as there was only one person handling everything. That’s unfair not only to them but also to the customers. It’s frustrating to see one person running the entire restaurant, especially since this isn’t the first time it has happened. I hope management recognizes this issue and makes some changes because both the staff and customers deserve better.
