Walked in to pick up a carry out at 9:20 and they close at 10. Crew was getting a jump start on the days cleaning (place wasn’t bad anyways) but they were going hard behind the fryer, under the booths, had some trash already bagged (they take it serious).
Ronni greeted me and had the sandwiches ready but the fries were not. I told her no big deal it’s so late and appreciated the fresh sandwiches (this is the day after Christmas after all). She said no worries WE ARE MAKING THE FRIES!
That is the enthusiasm and energy all employers want in their employees repeating their brand.
Well Ronni got the fries out and even threw some ketchup and napkins in the bag. Thank you Ronni and crew for such a fresh hot meal, clean store, and positive energy. 5/5!!

Penn Station is delicious but I’m here to comment on the customer service. Probably one of the best experiences you can have in fast food. Staff are so friendly but also very fast and efficient. You are greeted by everyone when you walk in the door, checked in on throughout your time there, and then everyone wishes you well as you leave. Great work to this team and the ownership!

This is my favorite place to grab a hot sub. Fries are great too if you like them fresh. They are always personable and friendly and even helpful. The employees seem to enjoy working there, which is a rarity these days. Well done, Penn Station! Simple place to sit and eat for lunch or take out anytime.

Best Subs I know about. Consistent and delicious food and the lemonade is as good as the lemonade I squeeze at home, and I know how to make the best lemonade. Italian sub is my favorite. I skip the mayo, but everything else is perfect.

Got fries from there and they were the remnants from the pan that had been sitting in there a long time. They were a dark brown or burnt. I wouldn’t even call them fries. I Called the store to let them know about the fries I recieved and all the guy said was I let them now. See attached picture. They were nasty! Compare the 2 fries! Not the same!

Stopped in for lunch after placing an order ahead online. The process was a bit confusing—despite selecting a pickup time, I still had to let the staff know I was there before they started making my food. Kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling ahead, but ♀️.
That said, the food was solid. My sandwich was a bit messy, but still tasty, and the fries hit the spot. Overall, not a bad experience—nothing to rave about, but I’d definitely go back for a quick and satisfying lunch.

This Penn Station is located in Muncie Indiana. The subs are always hot and fresh. I have been eating here for awhile now and every visit is a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are not shy to provide table side service. I recommend the Philly Cheesesteak to eat and lemonade to drink.

Quality has really gone down at what used to be a great sandwich chain. I got the cheese steak today. Saw the amount of meat was less than what looked like a 1/4 cup in what was an 8 in sandwich. So I asked for double meat. 2.98 later I get more meat on mini Jimmy John’s. Asked for onion s and extra peppers to help fill the sandwich, kid you not I watched the you lady out 3 more mushrooms on the grill. I had to ask if it was extra for more veggies and they said no so asked for more. So disappointed. No way this is a 12 dollar sandwich. I’ll make my own or go to Jimmy John’s for 3 dollars less. This place used to rock. Not anymore.
