I Ordered the jacks dozen online. Upon arriving, they didn’t say anything about substitutions. They were too busy talking. I realized when I got to my car there were 3 substitutions. They were out of 2 blueberry filled and 1 sour cream cake. I Went back in to get something my kid will actually eat. Focused on replacing the substitutions I didn’t realize they also gave me two cake donuts in place of the strawberry iced yeast and the chocolate iced yeast. They were NOT marked unavailable and they definitely had at least the strawberry iced yeast because I saw it. Additionally, I only received 12 out of the 24 donut holes. Terrible service today. The Staff acted like I was being difficult for wanting better substitutions or at least the right to choose my substitutions. I ordered 1 cake donut and received 5! Do better!

A pleasant surprise it was to run into the donut shop! We were on our way from the Indy 500 parade back to our parking lot and stopped here. The donuts were great and well balanced flavors. The matcha latte was a perfect pairing. The location definitely has some views when you walk outside. Bussin!

A nice donut shop to drop in for the obvious: coffee and donuts. The glazed donut was perfect. Warm, soft and sweet. The glazed croissant was something I had never tried and it did not disappoint. It lacks in seating but most people coming in were grabbing and going. It’s a homey atmosphere inside, with some cute neon signs and cute wall decor. Service could’ve been slightly friendlier but would definitely come back.

The donuts and drinks are great! The one guy working at the front was so rude! He made smart comments about everyone getting along and then was yelling at us as we walked out. My friend was trying to place an order and they ignored her, and helped other people who came in after us.

Service was terrible but the donuts were delicious. No donut name tags of what stuff was and when I had a question, the lady was so rude and made my feel like an idiot. Still mesmerised by how soft this swirl donut was. The chocolate part was so soft. I don’t understand. I want it for forever and it’ll now be in my dreams.

Very good doughnuts, truly delicious, and if you’re eating them in the shop or are not getting any iced doughnuts, you are good to go and will be very happy. However, as others have mentioned, if you choose to get iced doughnuts they will indeed shove them all in a bag and it will become an icing disaster. The result will be barely iced doughnuts that look really terrible. It’s honestly a little dumbfounding. Jack’s… Invest in some boxes. You have a great product, treat it that way.
