Just ordered carry out. I’ve ordered several times in the last couple months. Problem…why do you not cut the sandwich in half?? 12 inches. Even asked her if she cut it and she lied. It wasn’t cut!! Don’t lie!! Just do!! If not just don’t answer!! Get it?? This place used to have a good service as I remembered but don’t do what customer asked to do and then lie about it it’s a big no no anywhere and any country. Learn to listen and do!! We got 2 chicken teriyaki hot subs with mushrooms, onion and melted cheese and with the soft but toasted bread it was wonderful. We added a medium fries and 2 fresh squeezed lemonades to top off our meal. From the time we ordered and received everything it was about 10 minutes. Thanks for a great meal!

Surprisingly a lot better than I remember! The staff were pretty fast, considering we ordered 5 sandwiches and 2 fries, and everything was made correctly besides my mom’s sandwich having banana peppers on it. But she surprisingly didn’t hate it, I guess she’s grown a taste for them. We’ll most definitely be back!

I love the food, but there is one particular employee whose hair is a food concern, and violation. I saw this employee before I went in to order this past Friday and I turned around and got in my car. I have called Corporate, and talked to the manager about this same person previously; however, nothing was done. I dont want this employee to lose their job, but with hair hanging over the food. I refuse to go back. This location is closest to my home, and I have to drive out of the way if I want to eat Penn Station.

Ordered the chicken parmesan sub on multigrain combo and the turkey ranch on multigrain with fries. The fries are always good and this was no exception. The turkey ranch sub was a little salty but quite tasty. The chicken parmesan sub left much to be desired. Unfortunately there was very little sauce on it and the chicken was dry and lacked flavor.

I only wish I had taken a picture of my glorious food, I grew up around this Penn station but hadn’t been back for a while. It did not disappoint. The staff is so nice and welcoming, and went above and beyond in every way, truly. Philly was so good, fries amazing, lemonade amazing as well! **Bonus picture** of my life hack for you all, take the ketchup container and pull gently on the sides to spread it out and you can hold so much more. The more you know!
