Update your hours on google. I call at 1045 because your hours of service state you’re open until midnight. The guy answers the phone (politely) and tells me they are closed. No problem with IMOs closing early but I don’t like being catfished. Aside from that I love Imos and will continue to eat from here, just disappointed that hours of service don’t reflect reality

I accidentally spilled my water at the drink station. I was at the counter waiting for someone to come talk to me, waiting for a bit. I just wanted to tell them I spilled my water on the floor. Someone looked at me, but she never came to help.
We were having a fun family dinner. My fam said to me ‘push the button’. I did. The lady loudly, rudely said ‘I can see you’ from the back area. My family heard her from the dinner room.
This was rude and embarrassing. I really don’t know what else to say….
