Ordered the cold sub large. Only got turkey, ham and cheese. No bacon, lettuce, tomato, I added onions, salt and pepper but didn’t get that either. Paid over $19 for a plain sandwich. Not worth it. Then my husband order the cold Ruben and he didn’t get any sauerkraut or cheese. People need to be train better than this. I was very upset since we ordered through door dash and was only given $6 back. I have always loved penn station but this one needs to be closed if they are not going to value the food they sell.

Really good subs, best cheese steak I’ve had in a long time. Homemade French fries, dowsed in salt andb optional malt vinegar if that’s your thing. Very enjoyable.

I went in at 7:45 pm to order food and after waiting for someone to come help me she said the grill was closed and they were only doing cold sandwiches because they closed in 15 minutes. I turned around and left because a cold sandwich was not what I was there for. What kind of restaurant closes the grill before the actual restaurant closes? You would think they would do like most places and clean it after closing time so they can get all the business possible. I also double checked the Penn station website and it says they close at 8:30 on Sunday. Annoying.

Stopped in on the evening of Black Friday and as we went in, we were greeted abruptly by a girl behind the grill that said there are seven tickets in front of you and there’s gonna be a 45 minute wait it’s up to you what you wanna do but it’s at least 45 minutes. So we turned around and went back out to our car and sat there to try to get a plan together and while we were sitting there, we watched several more people go in and immediately turn back around and come out after getting the same abrupt message.

We ordered a grilled cheese with bacon sandwich and an Italian cold sub. We sat there for 45 min watching other people’s orders delivered that came in after us. When they finally brought ours out the Italian it was a chicken bacon ranch we sent it back to have them correct the sandwich. It never came out! We waited another 15 min then they brought a cold grllilled cheese without bacon on it, We requested them to add the bacon, they did after another 5 min which now the grill cheese is now cold as a stone. We requested our money back which they did. We will not be going back to PS.

The owner use to be on site most of the time and now we haven’t seen him the last 3 times we ate here. As such the quality has dropped drastically, half the meat on the sandwich as normal, they forgot to add extra mushrooms so they brought it out in a cup, note the pic, seriously the were only 4 slices for a 12″ sub….REALLY!

Was not very pleased. It took about 30 or so minutes for us to get two hot subs two fries and some cheesy garlic bread. I got the chicken teriyaki and my friend got the Reuben. The chicken teriyaki did not seem like there was any teriyaki sauce the sub just tasted like the cheese all the way through it looks like maybe a little bit of teriyaki sauce was put on the bread prior to going through the oven but literally just looked like cheese and chicken on bread. On the Reuben it was drenched with dressing and also did not have much taste to it. The cheesy garlic bread was overloaded with marinara to where we almost didn’t want to eat it because it was covered and busting out the wrapper. We decided to at least try it and after a few bites just ended up throwing it away. The marinara had no taste to it and it just tasted like seasoned bread. The fries were decent and seemed like Fair fries however our wait look like it was due to fresh fries being dropped in but they were cold in the bag within a minute or two so I’m not sure we even got fresh fries or not. Also they were put in the bag upside down and they were the very first item in the bag so they were all dumped along the bottom. the bread at least tasted fresh and was good and soft it did not seem like it was old. Again not too happy with the experience for spending $40. May try one local to me to give it another shot but I’m not sure if I even will. Staff seem to do okay as far as handling customers. 2/5 unfortunately.

The subs were delicious! I got a Philly Cheesesteak. The fries were an excellent tasty side. The quality was top notch! I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Came in late around 9:20-9:30. Kylan the young boy had the worst attitude complaining to a coworker about not getting out of here until 10:45, talking about how he doesn’t understand who wants to eat at this time etc. overall poor experience even the food was completely wrong. Wow, what a fantastic experience! The staff here are absolutely awesome – so personable and welcoming right from the jump. We had a great conversation, and honestly, it was the best service I’ve received at any restaurant in a long time. I would genuinely come back just for the friendly team here. On top of that, the food was incredible – the freshest I have ever had at a Penn Station. A definite 10/10! Highly recommend this location.
