THOMAS, the “GM!”
PLEASE go get some continuing education. PLEASE manage your staff, by leading by example. If you can’t do this, then step down and away and get a different job. Your staff are young and they need to be shown an example of how to lead properly.
IF you’re under staffed, then YOU step it up and YOU provide top notch customer service!! Yes, YOU! We sat at the drive up window for 25 minutes, 25 minutes AFTER the given time from our online order pickup time. We had three kind young men talk to us, but absolutely NO ONE helped….except a brown long hair young man that was cleaning the window area. I am only sorry I didn’t get his name, but HE DESERVES to be proud of where he works!!! HE DESERVES THAT!! I am sure he wants to take pride in top rated customer service!! Why would I say that? Because when I pecked on the window and interrupted his work, gave him our order name (Order #19898797), he was embarrassed that our food was just SITTING THERE with no one making an effort whatsoever to get it to us! An order that was $61.89!
I felt sorry for him!!! Don’t DO THAT TO YOUR STAFF!!! STEP IT UP!!! FOLLOW THROUGH!! AND IF you’re not able, Thomas, then ask the owner to step it up and help you get more training. CARE about your staff!! Care about customers. Follow thru!! Please!!! I will never come to this Penn Station again. I told my family this after being gone for over 45 minutes. It is unacceptable. They were truly concerned about our well being and asked if we were ok, and we merely left the house to pickup our order we placed online! Seriously, DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT, PLEASE!!!!

Ordered online for pickup on a Friday at 710 and was given a pickup of 730. Because it was Friday night, I gave it a little buffer (based on my map history I arrived 738p). There was only one car in line and no one inside except workers so figured I’d get served right away, the other car pulled away almost immediately, but it still too until 750. The workers were very friendly, the food came out exactly as ordered, and I didn’t have anything to rush for so it wasn’t a big deal but it was a bit excessive for the lack of other customers/ business.

Great about 90% of the time, I’ve had them make things inaccurate and forgotten food some of the time….. but that 90%…. excellent subs great fries always fresh made… .. makes me sad when their phones go down but other customers are comming in to pick up their orders, I’m still on hold while waiting in the store after driving,ordering, and them having zero concern for my time or support of their business, this is unacceptable customer service. I have changed my stars to 2 ( things happen in food service, but when nobody cares about customer satisfaction, I will drive to another location)

We came in about 30 minutes after open. The floors were sticky, the pop machine looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a week. In fact I believe I got a bug in my Mt. Dew. The Fry’s were also soggy and bland. The guy taking the order spoke to softly to hear well. Bad experience.

Great experience so far! Come in & the young lady at the register was very detailed on what we wanted.. my girlfriend is pregnant and she asked for a cookie as well and she suggested putting it through the oven. She said it would make it even better and she was so right! It added a crunch to the outside with the sweet softness in the middle.. the subs came out looking fresh and amazing and the taste is off the charts! The only small downfall is it’s a little cold in here but truth be told it’s 20′ outside and we’re sitting at a table near the door so my queen can sit comfortable while she’s pregnant..

I normally love Penn Station but with trying to watch calories and carbs I decided to order a salad. Well jokes on me because it was basically like someone prepared a sandwich and dumped it into a bowl. Nothing like the picture on line with everything sitting on a healthy bed of lettuce. Tried to call them and complain but no one answered. Very disappointed and will not be ordering a “salad” again.

It is a 50/50 chance that the food you order online will be correct. Order 4 sandwiches, wrap, salad, fries, 2 cookies, half gallon of sweet tea. One sandwich had no cheese, one had the wrong cheese, and another had mushrooms that belonged on a different sandwich. The salad was terrible. The next time I ordered, the food was great. Today, the cold sandwich I ordered was toasted which made the crust was really hard and the inside warm. I called and requested that it be remade and I will pick it up. The individual who answered said it was made right after looking up my order. I insisted it was not and asked again for it to be made correctly. He put the phone down and left me linger.
