The bread for the subs was really fresh and each sandwich had a good amount of meat. The fries were only semi-warm. The cookie was the best part! You could tell it was made the day it was ordered. It was sugary, thick, and big enough to share!

Would never go back here! The place was so dirty. The tables were not cleaned, the floor was incredibly sticky and the back area where they were making the sandwiches was just filthy! Food on the floor and laying all around. The staff was rude and the wait (even though it was not even busy) for a cold turkey sandwich was 20 minutes! There were people who came after me who had their food before I did. Never again.

Gotta say there was a weird vibe. The manager was standing out in front and it looked sketchy. I was the only customer when I walked but service was slower than it needs to be. That being said, the Dagwood was tasty and I was given a free lemonade from their fresh squeezed. Order taker was super friendly.

This penn station such at communication I order a large Philly cheese steak in they gave me a regular with no pizza sauce and one Fri I ordered two fries in then when I ask the manager that my order is wrong she showed my the receipt in said u get what u pay for I couldn’t even pay for my food intill it was done so how is it my fault ill never recommend this location to anyone they customer service suchs pay attention to ur customers we work hard to pay $30 for the food I hope they improve in the tables wear dirty

Very bad experience. Do not ask questions about your food or the female manager might be incredibly rude and cuss you out. Thats what happened to me. I ended up having to leave without my food after her tirade.

Been to better penn stations. Had better customer service else were as well. Lady that took my order was rushing my order and rude. Multiple times Iv came in and not appropriate music playing and very messy. I know it’s not going to be supper clean but it was dirty. If you go to Dayton I guess what do you expect?

It’s difficult to justify eating here when this place is surrounded by other sandwich shops. My club sandwich was mediocre and the fries were not that impressive. The tables were sticky. The service was a mix of contempt and laissez-faire attitudes.
