We ordered the 20 piece (8 piece chicken and 12 supremes) with Mac and cheese, dirty rice, mashed potatoes only to arrive home and there not be any tenders at all. Had to drive back and someone shouted that was the last tenders they had.

Sanitation score was a bit low in my opinion at 96%. It ain’t the lowest but still… my bacon biscuit was ok. It was definitely cool. The Bo-Berry biscuits were absolutely undercooked. Inside the kitchen was absolutely filthy. Wish I could have snapped a picture.

Not Bojangles Standard Dirty Rice. Im 44, been eating Bojangles since I was 3. The worst dirty rice I ever tasted. Feels like mash potatoes, no seasoning and its over cooked. If I could get them zero I would give them no stars, I ordered eight-piece family meal through the app sweet potato pie lemonade, these people gave me a bucket of burnt chicken no lemonade no sweet potato pie and had an attitude, are my son went to pick it up everyone was sitting outside they told me he had to walk inside he could not go to the drive-thru to pick up a online order, bad experience terrible food was closed by the time I got my order rice was mush, chicken was burnt I rather them not have taken the order online shut your system down at a certain time then give people garbage that can’t be eaten.$39 wasted very unprofessional

The cashier was friendly and professional but they only had chicken tenders and fries. there was napkins all over floor and drinks spilled on the half wall and the floor. And sugar all over the drink area. I won’t return.

These people are rude and don’t answer the phone. I called multiple times to see what they can do about my 5yr old kids meal. I ordered a chicken leg meal and they gave my baby a spicy leg. Unfortunately I ordered supremes so couldn’t share my meal with him. We are home settled with shoes off ready to eat, because if the freezing weather I’d rather not take my kids back out so now I have to cook him a separate meal. The lady at the drive through window didn’t say 2 words to me. Work in the kitchen if you don’t want to talk to the customers. I will NEVER return. Person working drive through at 6pm 12/17/2025 really should be fired

The store manager Nate and employee Rhoda went above and beyond today for my large order for an assisted living community! I called earlier today to make sure my order was received from the night before and it wasnt received. That wasnt an issue and found it right away and waited for me to arrive before making it to ensure it was hot and fresh! It was so much appreciated by the facility and made their breakfast special! You typically do not find this kind of customer service in a fast food restaurant, but these employees and management have it together and I highly recommend this location. THANK YOU NATE AND RHODA!!

I ordered the $5 cajun chicken and bo-rounds, and mistakes happen; i’m well aware. My cajun filet was tough and i couldn’t even pull it apart with my teeth. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, should have went; we’ll make You another one, Right!! WRONG!!!! When i walked back into the restaurant, the (acting manager i guess), asked me as if i was wanted something other than what i paid for; WHAT’S WRONG WITH IT, as if she was in disbelief! I stated that i was not fresh, and showed her the entire sandwich (with NONE MISSING)!! She then turned to the biscuit maker, with an attitude; and said: can you make another cajun biscuit¡ then looked at me and said sarcastically; five minutes on the remake!! Not, was there anything on it, with it, or anything; just with inconvience in her face. Minutes later, another lady (caucasian) walked in, with a smile and GREAT ATTITUDE, and stated; good morning Sir, what’s wrong? I stated the same thing; that my sandwich was tough and tasted old. Immediately, She said; No Problem Sir, we’ll make You another one! She turned to the same biscuit maker and said we need a cajun filet. I said, excuse me Ma’am, it had cheese on it. She again turned, and ask the employee; when the cajun comes up, can You add cheese! She then turned back to me, with a smile and Great Customer Service Skills; and said, we’ll have youvtsken care of Sir!!! Why is it SOO HARD to do what You are being paid to do? If You don’t want to work with people, DON’T! You are NOT doing us a favor, we are doing You one by frequenting the establishment; keeping you employed!! The Person that Treated me with RESPECT and APPRECIATION; was Obviously Seasoned!!!! THANK YOU MRS MANAGER!!!!
