Good food that is made correctly every time I’ve gone there. It’s clean (except the floors seem a little sticky), and the customer service is really good. The cookies are amazing! Totally worth going there if you’re looking for a good sandwich.

Ordered a cheesesteak it was good/average. The French fries are fresh cut and I really enjoyed them. We also ordered a chicken caesar wrap, they forgot to put the lettuce on. The fresh squeezed lemonade has a dish soap taste to it. I didn’t start drinking it until I left otherwise I would have said something. Overall the customer service was good except the young man at the register, he was more interested in watching football than ringing people up.

Asked for the special and the man taking my order was very short and rude. Didn’t know I needed to request lemonade with the man. The next girl took my money and then told me I couldn’t get lemonade because it was an upgrade.
Asked for fries well done when I ordered. My sandwich was done for a while. Watched the girl cook fries, raised them out of the grease left them for 5 minutes. Then put them under the heat lamp, gave fries to the person behind me, then made more fries, raised them up. Bagged up the cold, not well done fries and gave them to me, then dumped warm fries in the warmer. Epic fail !!!

Order online. Order what’s supposed to be ready at 1:54. I got there at 1:55 and she hadn’t even made a frirs. Took 5 min. Fries were overcooked and sandwiches were cold. Both sandwiches had hardly any meat and cheese. Mine was missing ingredients. Will never eat there again.

The woman helping take our order was very friendly. She left out an order for a large fry, but the manager saved the day and got my ravenous kiddos some fresh fries to make up for it. Clearly, service has improved here in recent years and the food is still as good as I remember. I love the dagwoods–ham and turkey lightly grilled with onions, tomatoes, mayo, salt and pepper and don’t forget the banana peppers!
