Placed an online order at 845. Got there at 9, waited over 10 min for them to miss a fry, provide one old cold fry, miss added ranch sauce entirely and gave us regular nuggets versus the ordered fire/spicy nuggets. I don’t expect perfection, human error is real and mistakes happen but this is why BK is steadily going downhill.

After receiving our order we found to have an item short. Upon going back through the drive through to fix this simple mistake which we thought was no big deal (there mess up) the woman proceeded to give my wife an attitude and snatch the receipt from my wife’s hand and proceeded to another employee were they exchanged a whisper conversation. I mean really? Clearly no oversight, standard, or customer service! May be small but they will not receive our business and will be sure to share our experience with our friends and family.

The employees we had were obviously fairly new, so I don’t hold it against them; they were trying and really sweet. But the drive thru is so poorly operated. They tried to charge me for the order in front of me (double my total) and at the 2cd window they tried to hand me the bag of the person behind me . The food was awful. The nuggets felt like they had been cooked 6hrs prior, and the whopper Jr was put together in the sloppiest manner. The lettuce on it was from the middle of the head, so it was the thick, white, pretty much inedible parts. Tomato was sooo not ripe. Whole slice was literally still green and the onions were more off the bun than on. And this is the 2cd time in less than a week that we’ve went and they haven’t given us a receipt!

Got 3 orders wrong after we slowly and clearly told our order then the drink machine was out of ice and half the drinks were out.. no wonder they are closing. They tried fixing our order twice and we finally gave up.. they were nice but jus couldn’t get it right. Glad I dont live in this area…

Very small order, ask a question about the price to make sure I heard correctly, wasn’t upset at all. His reply… “Yep,” then shuts the door. I only stopped here because it was convenient, I won’t make that mistake again, convenience can be found a little bit down the road.

Awful service and lazy workers. Went through the drivethru and sat at the order area for about five minutes and nobody came to take our order so we pulled around to the window to see if maybe they could take our order there. We sat there for a total of 15 minutes trying to get the workers attention. We could see a big group of them standing around talking and horsing around.

How does making someone sit at thw drive thru for 10 minutes and wait till closing to say we’re closed. Was clearly there 10 minutes prior to closing and even took the vehicle ahead of me, they either took forever to take their order or had a long order, then I just sit at the drive thru till ahe says it’s closed. Not how you do business. Terrible

No ice cream , no shakes , lazy workers trash location plz close down and put a business that’s actually decent and good . Since a lot of the burger kings are closing down across the country I hope this will be one of them .
