The cook was rude as hell , told everyone to go home or somewhere else and walked out, i waited thinking they had someone else to fix the food . Then he comes back in after at least 10 minutes outside and gives everyone an attitude. I canceled my order and will not ever use bk for anything!!

Rude manager on shift … just because your out of something don’t mean I am not willing to pay for the full meal food was good but sucks they was out of the pie and my pineapple drink didn’t have the foam on top dining room was nasty so got my food to eat in my car .. biggest thing about this visit was the attitude and how they was miserable to be here then got on the road and had to turn around bc my burger was dressed wrong once again manager was rude told me it was taken care of sat in lobby 10 mins two others got food and I had to go repeat myself again at the counter will NOT be back at this location get it TOGETHER ….

Don’t expect to get any desire or milkshake their milkshake machine has been down since 2018 they always say they’ve got the part on order but it can’t have been on order for 8 years so don’t never expect any dessert or a milkshake You’re never going to get it and I’ve had a mess up my order several times when I walked in to get Carry out.

The food was very good , I came about 4:30 pm on November 1st and the manager had to go wasn’t sure why but it was as we were finishing our meal. She was very polite and respectful about it I hope she is okay. Everything was fantastic especially the manager

I ordered online in the BK app but accidentally placed the order to this BK. I immediately called the listed number. The woman who answered says she was the shift manager. I asked to cancel this mistaken order, the “manager” told me she didn’t know how. There seemed to be no way to cancel this order. I asked for her name, the “manager” hung up.
Don’t bother calling the main Burger King customer service number, they hang up too.

I love Burger King. Only burger that taste different because it’s grilled! It was on Halloween 2024 when we attended. And the employees were friendly. The food was absolutely juicy and tasty. The manager was a nice lady who when we left gave my daughter a balloon and burger king crown!! So sweet. She even tried to help her put it on over her costume!!Lol

The food tasted like the oil was rancid, so the fries, onion rings and fish sandwich were off. The buns were cold as if the had been sitting around, even though they were toasted
And before we were done eating the manager said the other manager was late and we had to leave so she could lock the doors!
Kicked us out before we could finish our meal.

The people working at this location are very inconsiderate & downright mean! They act like they are too good to treat their customers with respect. It’s almost like they all hate their jobs so much, that they have to make it a point to take it out on all their customers. Other than the worker’s attitudes, at least the food was good.
