Not a good experience and the worst Penn Station I have ever been to. I used to go to the one in Mason and Price Hill where they cook on the griddle right in front of you and they were both excellent, but then I had to move to Hamilton from Cincinnati. This one did not, but it’s okay. When they brought the hoagies out, my friend and I could only eat 1/2 of ours and took the other half home. I had the Chicken Teriyaki and he had the BLT but we were hungry and in a hurry to get to Doctor’s appointment we could not eat anything and paid the hefty $35.00. We both had Small Fries. (Which were very good ). We will never come back to this location again. The onions on mine still had the skin on them. Whoever peeled them need to learn how to peel onions. I had to keep taking it out of my mouth. The Chicken Teriyaki tasted bland and I could barely taste the Teriyaki. It was quite salty as well. The Chicken was awful. Full of grissle. Ugh! and barely any mushrooms. I can’t believe they would serve food like this. My friend had the BLT and he said he did not like his either as the bacon was not cooked barely and it tasted raw. He said he came to this location about five years ago and got sick from the food and he hesitantly tried it again (only because I really wanted to go). He took the bacon out of the hoagie and threw it away. When we got home we threw our other halves away which tasted even worse..and I spent quite a bit on lousy hoagies. We will not come here again. While we were seated no one came and checked up on us. The worst Penn Station ever. If I could give the food negative stars I would. Please don’t give me some generic scripted response to call some other number or go online. I won’t. You read my review it has everything you or “corporate” need to know. You can tell them but from the looks at the other comments this is not a good location to eat.

I used doordash and my sandwich was literally about the size of a ketchup packet. Idk if it’s some kind of bad joke but dd customer support did nothing about it, and ill never be ordering from penn station ever again.

Always delicious, but for sure way less meat on sandwiches and omg getting more and more expensive. I wouldn’t have gone if I knew the prices had gone up. But since I was already there…….

Always great sandwiches. Can’t beat the ‘dagwood’ east coast style. The artichoke sub is also fantastic.

They were really busy and my order was not ready when I came to pick up. The lady working the register was very nice and trying to keep Everything together despite customers being rude about the wait. Apparently they had 2 call offs and there were only 2 employees working. It was very busy. I applaud that lady for remaining pleasant and trying her best even in stressful tough circumstances!

Very slow service, very long wait and you don’t get what you pay for on serving size.

I’ve been coming here since my wife and I started dating in 2005 and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience. The worst thing that’s ever happened has been them putting tomatoes on a sandwich that was ordered without. In 13 years that’s the only complaint I’ve got.

The place seemed old and hadn’t been actually cleaned in years.
