Always a great experience here! Food was hot and fresh and they gave us extra fries. Only negative is trying to exit the parking lot- Route 4 is crazy and it’s difficult to get out when you’re right beside the stoplight.

I showed up mid day no one ahead on me and ordered and they left some items i ordered off i wanted to order more but they were more involved on how the menu and mega that they were unapproachable I couldn’t purchase more items I just left with my order being wrong and without my add on purchases. Would rather go to the west side were they work for the customer on a side note should of taken Pic of sandwich veg to meat ratio there was way more vegs then meat

Food was good. Only complaint I have is if someone orders a large fry, fill it all the way up. Customer should not pay for a large and receive a half full cup or fries that was more like a medium/small. Also the lemonade use to be my favorite but the last several times I’ve gotten it, it taste like water. The sandwich was great though. Penn station is expensive already, at least give people what they paid for.

I’ve been coming here since my wife and I started dating in 2005 and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience. The worst thing that’s ever happened has been them putting tomatoes on a sandwich that was ordered without. In 13 years that’s the only complaint I’ve got.

Friendly Staff. Clean store. Excellent sandwich cooked perfectly and right amount of grilled veggies and sauce. Staff offered monthly special and also offered another customer ketchup with the to go order. It is refreshing to see and hear engaged employees. Best location near Hamilton!
