Very unprofessional. I pulled at at 8:45PM on Sunday 9/7/25 and the door says they close at 9:00PM. I saw the girl inside turn off the light on the “open sign” and lock the door. We pulled on the door and she totally ignored us. This is bad business. If you are open until 9PM you should welcome customers until that time. The resturants run by black employees need to do better. I wouldnt get this treatment in Solon. We wont return back here. They are super slow anyway

I got a Reuben sub and a cheesesteak and both were very tasty. I was kind of annoyed because I tried ordering online 40 minutes before close and it wouldn’t let me. I then tried calling and they said they don’t take phone orders within a half hour of closing time. Note that their reply ignored both of these issues.

If I could give this no stars, I would. My husband went into the Cleveland location on vista way earlier this afternoon. He got the his sub with uncooked chicken. Completely raw and UNCOOKED. Frustrated, we called this location, and the manager didn’t have any answers so she transferred me to the general manager, Shay. Shay was very rude and had zero customer service. Her response to me was “unfortunately it was overlooked” no genuine apology was given. I am hoping for no sickness or food poisoning. But this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had. Would never go back to any Penn Station after this.

Been to this place 3 times already. I have gotten the same sub a Ruben. They gave only 2 options for bread. They loaded it with Sauerkraut with a little bit of meat. The second time the sub was well portion. Third time barley any meat… the subs are OKAY. The fries are good but beware they cook it in peanut oil.

We walked in and were promptly greeted with “Name?” We explained we were not ready, but our name was still demanded. We obliged, and placed our order for subs. After which, we were asked if we wanted a “fresh cut.” Extremely perplexed, by this seemingly random question, we realized she was trying to ask us if wanted fries and agreed. Clearly, we didn’t know Penn Station very well, and didn’t know the lingo. Given the slow service, the crass attitude, and the okay food, we don’t have any reason to give it another try.
Update: Gave it another try, people were nicer, the food took what felt like hours to be made, and ultimately mediocre. Never coming back.

Despite the bad reviews, I usually do not have a problem at this location. However last week they messed up my son’s sandwich so the manager called us back inside to fix it as the young kids said they made it incorrect. I thought that was real nice of him. I got home and realized MY sandwich was the plain one and they messed up mine. Therefore manager offered a remake. I went today to get a new sandwich. The GM made my sandwich this time, although he seemed annoyed that he was remaking something for me and wasn’t concerned about WHY I had a remake. I feel like as the GM, he should be trying to please his customers. The first half was SO good that I continued to eat the second half despite being full. Then my enjoyment immediately turned into disgust when I found a long piece of tape in my mouth after taking a bite. I called the location just to let them know. I do not want a remake. I will not return there but they need to pay more attention.

I try to give this location a chance, and its really getting ridiculous, they can’t even make a simple sandwich, they just threw together my sandwich as if they dropped it, put cheese all over it when the online order said No Cheese! And they’re timing is off when you order online your still sitting there waiting for your food and get it after everyone, the whole point ordering online is so you can run in and grab it! Won’t be back, and by the way that was my dinner for the night so thank you for wasting my money, I sat there patiently and you guys ruined my food.

This place is very rude. Waited 20 minutes for an order and got screamed at about it. Went home with incorrect orders (sub has absolutely nothing on it) and soggy fries. You can see the amount of grease in the photos below. Won’t be returning.
