I ordered door dash and left a nice tip for the dasher only to receive an incorrect order. I drove there to advise and have my food prepared. They were nice about it. By the time I got home, the bag was soaked with grease it ripped and food fell to the ground. The sandwich is overly soaked in grease. Disgusting and not edible.

I ordered 4 subs. All 4 made wrong.$68 waste of money. All 4 sandwiches had banana peppers that I didn’t ask for on any sandwiches. Absolutely the smallest amount of meat and toppings. The cook complaining about he not taking anymore orders. Its a snow storm today so I’m not driving back. They Absolutely ruined my family’s entire dinner. Ordered a mega cheesesteak for lunch. I’ve been to Penn Station for over 10yrs and I’m very aware of how things work. I ordered the sandwich and was asked mushrooms, onions, banana peppers mayo? I told the cashier onions and mayo! I received banana peppers along with American cheese on my sandwich. When I explained to them I didn’t want banana peppers I was told that’s how the sandwich comes and that’s it. I wasn’t offered a remake or anything i was forced to eat it as is or not at all. Now happy at all with the way this was handled zero stars if possible customers shouldn’t be forced to eat what they didn’t ask for

My wife & kids stopped by for dinner on Friday, November 4. We usually patronize the Penn Station in Mayfield Hts which is much closer to our home.
My wife was fixing plates and noticed the fries tasted OLD.
She called the store (mind you she left a tip for the staff while she was there) and spoke to a young lady who sounded immediately defensive. “I don’t think your fries were old because your sandwich was one of the first ones made) frequent patrons on PS know sandwiches are made to order – fries are sitting and waiting for the sandwich to join them in the takeout bag.
We finally got the manager who was another version of the first young lady – she asked, “why didn’t you check your food before you left?” So, for us Penn Station gets $0 of our takeout food budget. Penn Station should change their branding to: TRUST BUT VERIFY
