Let’s see. Waited 20 min with one person ahead of us. Paid 30$ for a small and a regular sub. Barely any meat. A sprinkling of fries that cost $3.50 extra. Asked for no red onions which is said taped right to my tray, and there was plenty of red onions on it…. Not worth the $$ at all.

This place is actually trash. My “wrap” was just a folded over and ripped blob of crap. Multiple times this has happened, so I need to come in and show you how to do your job? Half a container of fries as well for 5 bucks? Last time I go to this dump.

Way to be shady and sneaky with your coupons. It say buy one get one free, not buy one and get a small free. Got this coupon at the captains game, so should have put a little more info on the flyer if there your conditions to redeem said flyer. Maybe if you weren’t trying to get one over on people you wouldn’t need coupons to drive new business. As you can see, just says buy one get one. Good job Joe. And after eating said subs, it didn’t get better. Quality just wasn’t there. Thin see thru veggies, and they put so much oil and oregano on it to I guess to make it taste better that it was just a drippy mess that tasted like oil and oregano.

I clearly explained that I wanted two regular subs for my kids. Very simple, lettuce+mayo & turkey on white – American cheese+mayo & turkey on white. Not toasted. I get home, both subs are loaded, full of toppings and very slim on protein. This happens often but won’t anymore. I’ll stick with Jimmy John’s

I dont want to trash this store, I’ve had very good experiences here before and everyone working there is very nice but 32$ for 2 sandwiches a fry and a drink and there is barely any meat on either sub. I think im done with penn station.

I’ve been going to this Willoughby location since it opened. Never had an issue until this time visit on August 16 2025. We found this in one of our fries. We called the owner who said he would make things right. Called him a week later, left a message and have never heard from him again. We will never visit again.

Employees are nice and I really do like the idea of being able to see the employees cutting the potatoes to make the fries. That is the way authentic fries are made and this place does it right!

First time here. Subs were good but we felt rushed by the staff. Might return but Jimmy John’s/Jersey Mikes is always a better experience.

I had a dine in experience, my cheesesteak sandwich was delicious and my reg size fries were absolutely delicious. The food tasted much more better than S. Euclid restaurant.
The staff was friendly, however, only flaw was it took over 10 mins to be served. Yes I will revisit again.
