Working across the street and watching how hard this man worked to get this establishment open, of course I had to come on opening day!
Walking in you are instantly greeted with happy smiles. Service is fast and on point, food is above expectations. I’m so happy he was finally able to open.

The food was amazing. The staff worked extremely hard. It just happened to be the 2nd day they had been open. It did take a minute to get our food. But it was well worth it. The chicken enchiladas and warm salsa were the best ever.

It’s hard to say I know they where just opening, but waited for two hours and was expected. Then the server had said our food ticket got lost. Then had said it would be some more time, I knew something was off when everyone around us was getting there food and they sat after us. The food, I got a molcajete bowl came with beef, chicken, fish, chorizo and molcajete sauce. My bowl had no sauce for the bowl was super cold, didn’t come with rice and beans, when it was supposed to. My wife’s meal was missing a certain meat that was on her platter. Hard to say the food was good when I was disappointed but we paid our 75 dollars and left a tip. I know it was the first day and things get crazy. One day I’ll try again (maybe).

There was almost no service, waited 20 minutes for a drink order and got repeatedly ignored by staff. Our total was almost 47$ for the most mediocre food I’ve ever tasted, the reviews are all good but everything there was terrible.

They were super slammed tonight with it being Cinco De Mayo but man was the service amazing! Every employee was working so hard and diligent to make sure everyone was taken care of. The food was amazing! Our server Tony was a rock star and gave awesome service!

Hola , this is my fav Mexican Restaurant in OKC. If your Tex-Mex lover, this is next level, more authentic flavors. Mexican culture is so kind and welcoming and the owners are no different. A beautiful family that will take care of your hunger needs. When my bro comes to town this is our spot, we go ham on the menu and the owner shows us love.

I ordered the Chimichanga with beans and potatoes. We waited 35 minutes for our food. The potatoes were mostly raw and everything was flavorless. Won’t be back. I just don’t understand the hype on Chuy’s.

This is always my favorite dish. When this was Los Vaqueros, this plate was called the Reggy Special. Now that the business has changed names to Don Chuy’s, this meal is now called the Ricky Special. This sucker is loaded with chicken, beef, shrimp, and fish! Included is also sliced avocados, tomatos, potatoes, and jalapeños!
Pro tip: Add an order of borracho beans. They’re fantastic!

Amazing service! Great food and the fish tasted fresh. The “fish” smell wasn’t bad and my husband even liked it! Thank you for the great service, Ricky!
