All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

Really great experience today at Penn Station East Coast Subs. I very much enjoyed my chicken parm sub and fries. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, including the multi grain bread. The 9-inch sub was the perfect size, too! I will be back when I’m back in town. I recommend trying this place!!

There was a manager working there tonight who was very polite and welcoming. Based on a conversation I overheard I don’t think this is his normal location, but I just wanted to leave some kind words commending him on his upbeat attitude. I don’t encounter many people these days who seem genuinely nice but he came across that way, and it was very refreshing. The rest of the employees were also extremely well mannered. Overall, it was just a nice experience, and the food was good as always.

Just tried Penn Station East Coast Subs. The sub was amazing. We tried the ham and turkey “east coast” grilled it was very delicious. The bread was wonderful and the ingredients fresh and hot. We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

The manager, with the missing front tooth, is incredibly rude and disrespectful. He seems like he hates his life, so he gets off on being in charge of the employees and customers. Because of his behavior and comments towards others from the three times I visited this location, I will be avoiding this Penn station. The food was excellent as usual per Penn station, but when I purchase a meal, the environment plays a factor too. Working most of my life in retail, I would highly recommend hiring a manager that is a little more personable and not so willing to be rude to others.

Have to stop here when I’m home. Moved to GA and we don’t have them. Employees remember me each year. Took my mom this year who suffers dementia and they were amazing with her.

I haven’t been to a Penn Station since before the pandemic I think. Love their cheese steaks but wish I had thought to tell the young man to not use salt on it while cooking it. It was so salty that it was almost unbearable. I have CKD and high blood pressure so will likely be staying away from Penn Station in the future.

Ordered a small sub, which the menu lists as $6.69. Was told to pay $9.99 at the register, which is the price of a regular. Told him I ordered a small and asked if $9.99 was the price of a small –was told yes, that’s the price of a small. It was only when I went back to the menu posted on the wall to look again, asked him to come with me to see for himself that he was trying to overcharge me, that he suddenly agreed that the price was $6, not $9.
