i get penn station about once a month & i never have problems w/ my order. last night i came, there was a mistake made. i came in & told a manager & she accommodated for it immediately, no hassle. very nice, & i got my replacement within 5 minutes + a fry. <3 very nice service & good food! 10/10

The skinny white guy with glasses was extremely rude and disrespectful from the moment we walked in. His body language, tone, and overall demeanor were unprofessional and uncomfortable. If a customer reacted the same way he did, suddenly the customer would be labeled as “wrong,” yet this kind of behavior from staff is somehow acceptable.
Customer service here is seriously lacking. How you look at people, how you speak to them, and the energy you bring matters. He looked annoyed, talked crazy, and made the whole interaction unpleasant. If you’re working with the public, basic respect and professionalism are non-negotiable. This place needs serious customer service training.

Skinny guy with brown hair and glasses was very rude. I told him I wanted the founders special with everything that comes on it normally. I even showed him the description of all the toppings on the app and he kept asking if I wanted other stuff on it that wasn’t on the list. I said no I want it exactly how it comes and he kept saying “that’s optional” and looking at me with a dumb look on his face. I told him it isn’t optional if that’s what I want and that I wanted it exactly like it says on the app but he kept insisting I get mustard and pizza sauce on it for some weird asa reason. I just walked out.

All was quiet around 2 pm June 30th at Penn Station. Me and my wife stopped in expecting good food. What we got instead was probably the best sub of my life. Not only were the two staff there friendly but the sub itself was Perfectly wrapped. Every bite tasted better than the last. The picture perfect sub devoured too fast to capture. Great job you two.

Stopped in for dinner around 8:45/9pm on Wednesday March 27th! Although they were pretty busy and the customers in front of us were pretty rude to the workers, The two young ladies (Aubrey and Mackenzie i believe they said when i asked) working held their composure and stress perfectly! I got one Regular size sub and the food was amazing and not rushed at all for how busy they were and was still very fresh and hot! Customer service was amazing and both girls were extremely nice and friendly 🙂 10/10 experience and will definitely be back !
