I always enjoy their pizza, decided to have it delivered to me at work. Big mistake. The driver Conrad Edwards has no customer service skills what so ever. Walks in and I happened to meet him there, he doesn’t even say anything, just opens the papa bag and shoves it at me for me to take the food out of the bag. Still not saying anything. Then he turns to leave without offering me the receipt, I asked for the receipt and he has numerous ones balled up in his hand and just shoves his hand at me. I had to sort them to find my receipt; Conrad still not saying anything, just turns and leaves. If I could cancel the tip on the order, I would. My co-work was just shaking her head at the unprofessional behavior.

Stopped by after work it was around 10 was super hungry I knew their pizza was good so ofc I went back .There was a bit confusion at the start but surely it was fixed right away. They said it would be a 30 minute wait but as soon as the order was finished I went to wait in my car to my surprise the nice man brought the pizza to my car ! Great team in there. Amazing pizza as always !

I rarely give poor reviews, but I have never seen anything like this, and I frequently order pizza! It is appalling that a pizza would be delivered in this condition! The rest of the food was intact and delicious, and the food came only minutes after the estimated time, which is why I am giving 2 stars. But this is unacceptable!

Whoever was delivering pizzas tonight (4/9/22) deserves a raise!! That man was so nice and happy to deliver our pizzas. Great customer service skills. Plus, Our delivery was so fast. From placing the order to receiving our pizza, we got our food in 30 minutes. That’s awesome for a Saturday night. Pizza was extremely hot and straight from the oven.

If there was a negative star this place of business would’ve had it I’m sure. They have terrible customer service and even worse management. When I asked the manager what he was going to do to keep me as a satisfied customer (since they brought me the wrong order) he simply said” well we are remaking it aren’t we, we are doing what you asked and it would get to you faster if I didn’t have to step away from making it to come talk to you like you requested” . Problem was still not resolved I asked for cheese sticks in my order and got garlic bread sticks. And two look like they were a jab for my call back (complaint) I’m guessing from the manager on duty since he was the one that admitted he was making my order.

I had a small issue with a prior order, but it was nothing that minimized my enjoyment of the pizza. However, I still left some feedback on how they could improve their process next time. The brand new general manager called me the next day and we had a productive conversation. He then offered me a free pizza to try it again. That’s customer service right there!
