All sandwiches are prepared fresh in full view of the customer using delicious hearth-baked bread, USDA Choice Steak and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch every day using hand-squeezed lemons.

Quick service and food was good, however, they get 4 stars because they put tomatoes on the sandwich even though we asked for it without and the tag on the tray even said without. Simple fix.

Food is always tremendous. Service was meh. Two employees working one guy making the food the gal was at the cash register and not doing much. I had to wait to place my order til the guy was caught up cooking. Besides this long wait time food was great. A few dirty tables not wiped off bathroom needed a little cleaning.

Service was terrible after they forgot our sandwich and we had to go 15 minutes out of our way back for it, asked nicely to remake our two subs and fries so they weren’t cold. We were told by one guy that was fine so we threw our food away, next thing you know we’re being told they’re only remaking the one sandwich. Absolutely refuses and let us leave with cold food. I am very disappointed as this is a location I travel to often.

Been coming here for quite a while now. Always friendly service and great tasting food. Ran into a small issue last time I was in. Filled out one form on their website and within hours I was contacted back and the issue was resolved and compensated. Outstanding customer service and always very satisfied. The food was decent, but put together sloppy and literally as soon as u unroll your sun it’s all over you. Also it’s not super warm. The Fry’s we had weren’t fresh at all and we’re cold and stale.

Normally, I’m not a huge fan of Penn Station fries, but this place has the BEST fries the last time I was there! These fries were the star of the meal. I’m not sure what they did differently, but the fries were hot, crispy, salty and delicious.
