Never thought in a million years I’d eat a sandwich with avocado but the Roadhouse club is a must have. My friend had the Asian wrap and hasn’t set it down.

Very cozy, intimate atmosphere. Waitress was great. Drinks were good, somewhat pricey, but imo, is worth it for a good mixed drink/cocktail. Food was excellent. I enjoyed the food choices, some comfort food, some healthy options, with very diverse menu, which was great. Some food was pricier than others, but worth it. My friends and I were all very satisfied. Was a great start to a fun girls night out! Will definitely be back! Cheers!!

This is a small place off the beaten path that serves delicious food. A little pricey but worth it. Great microbrew selection. It has a real cool outdoor seating area. I had raw oysters that were very fresh and enormous. Like I said it was a little pricey to me but I did not feel bad paying it for the quality and quantity of food and the service was great. It had a great mixed crowd of people(older, young, hip, and traditional and blue collar).

You have to try their Fruit Salad one of the best I have ever had very flavorful. A good dish which to share with someone before the main course. Was there with a large party and didnt hear one person complain about anything. Which is an accomplishment. I had there burger which was cooked just how I wanted it and very good. Definitely be eating here again. Was on the pricey side but seemed worth it for the quality. Beware the mosquitoes if they are busy the wait may leave you outside dealing with nature. Very pretty but that close to the woods it’s going to happen.

I will definitely be coming back! The service is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is cozy and rustic, and the food is absolutely incredible. I ordered the bourbon glazed meatloaf and it was delicious. I’ve never had better meatloaf. If you are visiting the Indiana Dunes or just in the area, definitely give this place a try.

Generally this is a decent place. Nice atmosphere, the staff is great!
The food is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a great meal, other times it’s not cooked all the way or the portions are small. Typically offer a decent selection of craft beers.
Gravel parking lot can be rough.
The restaurant is small, but they do have a patio open in the summer, also small. The patio is pretty, again great atmosphere as long as there are no mosquitoes.
Let’s be honest, there really isn’t another restaurant in the area (unless you want to drive to Chesterton or Michigan city), so if you’re looking for a decent meal and you happen to be in Beverly Shores, this is probably as good as it gets.

This quaint little locale tucked neatly in the woods off Rt 12 in Beverly Shores is great for a cocktail by yourself, a date, or a group of friends. I have been many times and never sat in the dining room, so I cannot comment on that, but the service in the bar area has become very good. Their food is usually excellent as well. I’m a big fan of their venison chili and smoked chicken wings.
We stop here often, my only complaint would be their parking lot. It is the only reason I did not provide a 5 rating. The lot is gravel with some deep holes that would destroy my toy car and make getting in and out very difficult on my motorcycles. I would come much more often if I could get my summer car in and out without destroying it.

Service is still great. There was a time when I would have said, Bartlett’s proves how an excellent chef can take ordinary ingredients and make a masterpiece. No longer…. The meatloaf used to be small individual loafs and was the best I have ever had. Recently just a slice of reheated stuff. Very mediocre. Nice atmosphere, good service, average food

Stopped there on Memorial Day and didn’t wait long for an outdoor seat on the patio. The waiter was friendly and engaging. I had the ribs which were delicious and tender. The dill potato salad came with my meal and was a nice side dish. My gf had the hamburger and thought that it came out of the kitchen a little rare, but was tasty nonetheless. We didn’t order any drinks but the beer and spirits menu was impressive for such a humble, cozy place.
A note to those complaining about the prices: If you want fast-food pricing, go to a fast-food restaurant. Coming from Chicago, I thought that the prices were fair and I was happy with the service.

This is my go-to place to get great food and when entertaining guests from out of town! Yes, its a little more pricey compared to a lot of places in the area ($20 average for one dinner) but you get what you pay for. I’ve NEVER had a bad meal in all the many times I’ve eaten here. The 5 Hour Pot Roast is AMAZING, and that’s coming from someone who would normally never order a “home cooked meal” type of item at a restaurant, but my daughter got it once and I tasted it, now it’s my favorite item! The waitstaff is usually really good. They have a decent sized patio that increases their seating to probably twice the size during the warmer months. (It’s surrounded by woods though, so bring mosquito repellent!) I highly, highly recommend Bartlett’s ! <3
