This was the first time I have ever eaten at a Penn station. It was really good for a sub shop. I had the the steak and mushrooms. There are too many length choices on their subs 6 8 10 12 I think a 6 and 12 are enough but what do I know. I would stop there again. The cookies are awesome

We had a great experience here. The food was delicious. The staff was exceptional and makes the customer feel valued and appreciated for dinning in! Very friendly, speedy service, and they ensured that we were satisfied with our visit. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Definitely will be visiting here again and highly recommend if looking for a filling lunch.

A few things about this place, the staff was very friendly, the food was fresh and pretty decent, the large order of fries is quite a bit more than expected, I took a photo next to a 32oz drink for reference. I’d definitely go back, cheesesteak wasn’t bad at all.

We got 3 subs. All of our subs were jumbled with random sauces and fixings that we didn’t ask for. One of the waitresses smelled like ‘wacky backy’. No tables were clean, I had to go get my hand sanitizer and clean my own table. The drink machine was out of numerous drinks. And the sweet tea tasted like it was 5 days old. We drove specifically to Pikeville to eat Penn Station but we won’t be back to this restaurant.

To whomever owns this place… these workers deserve tips!! Please set up your POS system or allow a tip bucket up front. It is incentives, they do great, and they deserve it. If this is a corporate thing to not allow tips, shame on you. I’ve been in the industry for 20 years and survived on tips. TIPS TIPS TIPS!!!

We love PS, but this time was a bad experience. Service was really slow. Lids did not fit cups, resulting in 2 spills. Fries were overcooked and tasted burnt. It was also a small portion. Philly cheesesteak was fine. Italian was a bloody mess. It looked like it was literally thrown together.

Had to change my review due to bad customer service. These rude and lazy employees are killing these businesses. If you don’t want to work then don’t go. Don’t take out your unhappiness on the customers , who are paying for your checks.

They have some of the best tasting food. The subs are made with real meat–not some sort of fake concoction like you may see at other places. The fries are also superb. The staff are nice and will bring your food to your table. Also, the place is clean. Try Penn Station!
