Outstanding Service from Kylee!
I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience at Dave & Buster’s thanks to our amazing server, Kylee! She went above and beyond to make our visit special, especially for our kids. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. Kylee made sure everything came out perfectly, checked in often without being intrusive, and even took the time to make our kids feel celebrated and included.
It’s rare to find someone who brings that much positive energy and care to their job — Kylee truly made our family outing memorable. Thank you for making our visit such a great experience! We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Kylee next time!

We came here for my son’s birthday to play some games but decided to eat as well. Food was disappointing to say the least. Nachos 2/10- because the chips were so stale. We also ordered Parmesan Fries, Queso, Kid’s Pizza, Kid’s Mac n Cheese, Chicken Potstickers, and Wings. We enjoyed the wings but everything else was meh. However, their Watermelon Margarita was delicious! Service was great from the time we entered we were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive and prompt, so she made up for the disappointing food. But we were here to have fun playing games, which turned the experience around because the games were so much fun. They have a bigger variety of games compared to Fat Cat’s down the street. The games cater to older kids and adults, which is a plus for big families. Not gonna lie, the game cards are very pricey but worth it because of the big variety of games. They also have a better prize selection than their competitors. All in all, you should come to Dave and Buster’s to enjoy drinks and have fun playing games but definitely eat before hand.

We used to go to the Tempe Dave & Buster’s, but lately we’ve fallen in love with the Queen Creek location—it’s so much more family-friendly compared to Tempe’s nightlife vibe. A huge part of why we keep coming back is our amazing waiter, Oden.
He mentioned he’s only been here for about six months, but we would have never guessed! The first time we met him was on fight night when it was super busy, yet he handled every table with such professionalism, care, and patience. He’s always kind, upbeat, and has the BEST personality—you can tell he truly loves what he does.
Servers like Oden are rare to come by these days. He absolutely deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service—whether that’s a raise, a promotion, or both! Well deserved!

We stopped in last night to grab some appetizers and a drink. While my wife and I were discussing what she wanted to order next, the bartender abruptly interrupted us and said, “I can hear you.” It was unnecessary and came across as rude, especially since she misunderstood what we were even talking about. She then went on to explain how busy she was and how many tables she was handling. We came in to enjoy a relaxed evening, not to be interrupted or made to feel like a burden. The interaction left a very poor impression.

Overall a great experience however I did have an issue with the food, I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with pork belly however when it came it had none. I asked and found out that they ran out of it so they put some extra bacon on it, it only had like 3 pieces of bacon so not sure how extra that was. The manager and waiter was nice about it but I expected since it was more expensive then the burger with bacon they would discount it however they still charged full price so I was kinda disappointed about that situation. Other than that like many have said it’s small but I thought it was ok for not having to drive far.

Dave and busters is always fun. But this location has had a few issues with machines not working while still deducting credits from game card. And it’s not easy to find a person to help.

Smaller than Tempe location, but better in every other way. Cleaner, games are all working (from what I could tell), more pleasant employees to work with, and overall better crowd. The crowd of people hanging around Tempe ARE ROUGH.
