Don’t order food from this penn station! The employees are rude and like to run their mouth instead of doing their job, not to mention the quality of the food is bad, they are very skimpy on their ingredients. Let me start by saying I usually love Penn Station. The lemonade was awesome and all the employees I dealt with were decent.
The issues were food. When we got home (like 5 mins down the road) even the bag was wet so greasy my bread basically dissolved. I could ring it out. Like not at all normal amounts so maybe they need a draining spatula or something.
The way the sandwich was wrapped made everything stick to the wrap, like it was built on the paper upside-down. So I basically ate some meat with a fork on top of bread pudding. I didn’t even try to eat the bread it was mush. Cheese was permanstuck to the wet dissolving paper.
Flavor was ok I guess. Would have better with cheese mostly tasted like grease from what I could get down. Also onions were almost whole lots of giant pieces with all the rings inside still.
If I wasn’t hungry and broke I probably would have grabbed something different. Might be a while till I try another penn station was disappointed.

I placed my order online. Received it and it was wrong. I called the store and I had to bring it back to get it fixed. No mistake of mine but I had to spend my lunch at Penn Station while they fixed their mistake. I didn’t receive any apology, I received nothing but a look.? This is not how a customer should be treated.

Paid $35 for 2 subs drinks and fries. The portions are bare minimum. The customer service was great but these portions are getting smaller by the year. Half of my sandwich didn’t have meat on it.
