We’ve gotten dinner at this Penn Station to go twice this week. It was so good, we had to repeat. There was a ream member waiting to take our order right away both times. The food was made to order and served hot. The fresh bread, hot sandwich, quality ingredients. It’s a winner. Highly recommend. Friendly customer service. Clean restaurant. Perfect food.

I’ve been coming to this store for close to 10 years and with little to no issues. Unfortunately lately it’s been kinda meh. I ordered online this evening and got my usual. After 37 years of existence I’ve only ever ordered one thing from penn station. Large chicken teriyaki with extra cheese and teriyaki sauce. Usually the bread is packed with delicious juicey all white meat chicken but this time I had received mostly bread. On one half of the Large sandwich was barren of chicken. The other side however was mostly teriyaki. Its almost like they forgot and just threw it on there.
Hopefully it was just that they were busy with the two other customers there or the cook had to much to eat and was foggy headed. Either way hopefully next time is better.

I online ordered from Store 223 in Hebron KY, the sub was well made but I ordered a medium size fry and the guy didn’t put hardly any fries in the cup. I noticed it after I got back to work. I’m not happy and I will look next time I order, shame on you Penn Station

Hey Penn Station Hebron- How about if your sign says your open till 10pm you serve your customers until 10pm and not turn business away! Absolutely terrible even if it was quarter till when someone shows up that is pretty bold to say you are closed with the sign clearly stating you are open!

My husband and I frequent the Hebron location even though we literally have a 3 min drive to the Burlington location. For some reason, the food has just always been better here. A couple weeks ago we called after we had taken our food to go, when we noticed the sandwichws did not have the ingredients we requested. The manager, Clay, listened to our concern and told us a credit would be waiting for us. Two weeks later we returned and Clay kept his word! As soon as we walked in he yelled to the guy taking the order “they have a credit”. What an upstanding manager, to keep his word and go above and beyond for us!
