Excellent experience. The drive thru gal was extremely pleasant. My food was exactly as i ordered it, and when I asked to microwave my burgers for about 20 seconds, it was done without hassle. It’s sad I have to mention it,but I have had several that refused to do that simple request.

Drive thru order. Stopped around the corner for lunch at the park, totally wrong order. Gave some spicey garbage chicken sandwich, NOT what I ordered. Nowhere remotely close to a Crispy Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich. The wrapper even spelled it out for you!!!!

I go here and order 2 large fries. I go through the drive through to the window and ask them to add my $1 fry discount from the app. They tell me my order is now $1 more because they added a 3rd fry. I only wanted two fries with one of them being $1.
Then I get home and find 2 medium fries, when I should have 3 larges since they added a third for $1.
Good help must be hard to find. I can buy a whole bag of potatoes for the price of one medium fry you sold me as a large. Never again

Usually I have pretty good luck at Buger King but today I did an online order and when I pulled up to the drive through she said it would be another 8 minutes. I said fine and pulled around by the door to wait. She was very nice and even upsized my drink. They brought my order out and I came home. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I got a bacon and egg, no cheese and the bacon wasn’t even cooked. Next time I’ll check before I leave.

Yet another disappointment from this location not only are they unable to get my cheese on a cheeseburger they cant make a whopper jr either… I made a review 2 weeks ago about this and it seemed like they had new people but still it’s the same. Idk what their deal is but this is a perfect example of why 15$ an hr is a JOKE for this work. If I need anything else, I actually asked if he had any bandaids because I actually scratched my finger from my previous job. He was very kind of going back and providing me with a bandaid. It’s something big but it saved me time to go to a store etc special when you are between meetings at work. Thanks Karl, the food tasted good too and the fries were very good.

The fish sandwich we took “to go” was absolutely horrible! It was burned on the outside and the fish inside was a gray color. Took one small bite and that was more than enough. I have had the BK fish sandwiches at other BKs and they were delicious. This BK needs to up its game!!!

Ordered a bacon double cheese burger with ONLY MAYO. I get home and it has everything on it. How freaking hard is it to just put mayo on it. I was the only person there….I will not be going back.
