Absolutely love this little location. We come here regularly and are always welcomed with smiles. Our food is always hot and fresh! They are more than happy to fix a mistake when they happen. Elijah and his team are fantastic! Excellent leadership!

I haven’t been to Penn Station in years, but was really craving a sub. This location used to be really good, but sadly this wasn’t my experience on Sunday evening. We ordered 3 regular turkey and provolone subs. 2 were meat and cheese only. The turkey on all 3 was wet for some strange reason and made the bread soggy and inedible they were so gross. The 3rd sandwich had lettuce, tomato and pickle. It was dripping on my wife as she tried to eat it. She also couldn’t eat hers due to the amount of liquid on it and onions that she didn’t ask for. So very disappointed to have wasted $30 on dinner we couldn’t eat.

Tuesday the 28th, 6:30, the store got absolutely slammed, the employees were freaking out and the customers are all mad. But they did their best and we did eventually get our food. Maybe whoever the owner is should have come in and helped because the employees at the store were working their butts off. Give them a raise and get them more help.

Ordered pizza sub, no meat (due to lent) extra sauce and cheese, light banana pepper and onion….the sub literally had any sauce on it, I was eating a dry sub, with the cost of everything being so high, at least get people’s orders right, we paid for it. Soooo frustrating, I wish it would let me add a picture to show

So I have been coming here for a long time but u stopped because the service was crap and everytime my sandwich had sauce on it when I clearly stated no sauce. Today I thought I’d give it another go and to my surprise the service was excellent and my sandwich was so good. Keep up the good work

My food is usually super amazing and this time it was cold even my fries that they aren’t suppose to make until the customer arrives to get their order. unless that’s changed recently. eating out is too expensive to get mediocre crap. 🙁 bummed out my sandwich also isn’t toasted

Stopped in for lunch. Greeted by typical friendly Penn Station staff. Always take a second to check out the monthly specials cause they come with fries and a drink. Real money savers. Food came out fast and hot and tasty. Lobby was clean and so was the drink station. Nice lunch stop.

I Ordered a Cheese Steak Hero with Lettuce. I Received Cheese Melted on Top of a Very Tiny Amount of Steak!! All Hidden by the Lettuce. This Fort Wright Penn Station is a Low Life Operation, And an Embarrassment to The Whole Penn Station E C Sub Company. The Worst Location. Go Elsewhere to Eat.

Team was really off their game on our visit today. 40 min wait for food (only 4 people ordered ahead of us), order came out wrong had to get remade (longer wait), super skimpy on protein less than I’ve ever seen at a PS. Cheese bread was only half covered with cheese. Very lame. Sandwich was good, hate I had to wait almost 40 min just to get it…..

Not the best Penn Station experience.
Minimal coverage of meat and cheese with so many tiny bits of crumbled re-cooked fries all tasted old–I stopped ordering their pre-mixed lemonade years ago to avoid further disappointment at what used to be one of the best food chains. My cheese steak with everything but banana peppers and mayonnaise had no signature bell peppers. They grilled some up later.
I even pointed out dangerous, grease-slick floors; but my concerns were dismissed.
