Fantastic food. The burritos are humongous!! Delicious all the way through. Steak seasoned perfectly, shrimp cooked to perfection, and the margaritas were amazing! If you’re in the area and like Mexican restaurants please visit this location. When we come back we’ll definitely eat here again.

A great experience! Meals had a lot of protein, no cutting corners there. Service was fast and attentive! Restaurant was clean and neat, simply decorated. Only think I would say, is the chips are a bit thin. Would be absolutely perfect if the chips were a bit thicker and crunchier!

We had great Mexican food at Carmelita’s. Chips and a really fresh tasting Salsa were brought to our table right away. The Chorizo and Cheese appetizer was delicious as were the Fajitas (so much food). We also enjoyed the large bottles of Coke and the Margaritas. We got in on the early end of dinner hours and didn’t have to wait for a table though those coming in after us did have a bit of a wait. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We didn’t have room to try the Fried Ice Cream but hope to have this next time. Therer is a bar on site as well. Plenty of convenient parking available.

Carmelita’s is well organized. We got there around 5:30, there was a line waiting but, we didn’t wait long. The waitress came promptly and so did the food. The waitress should have checked back on refills for drinks but, overall a good experience.

This is a fun and festively decorated restaurant, and I sat at the spacious bar for an afternoon snack of chorizo cheese fries, which was delicious with an amber beer. The prices were great, as was the service!

The Chicken and Steak Fajita Taco Salad I had was Delicious! My husband had a Steak Quesadilla which was good, too! Excellent Service! Clean & Very Busy Restaurant! The Chips and Salsa were good, too.

We had wonderful service thanks to Stella and the staff support. The food was delicious, plentiful with yummy margaritas! Open on Tuesdays and no other places are locally.
