I went with a friend of mine here and he was looked down on by the staff (probably because he was the only person of African descent…. because no one looked at me like I didn’t belong there). We both bought sandwiches and mine was great.. his tasted like someone kicked it around on a dirty floor before they wrapped it up. It was so bad I couldn’t even chew it up. I had to spit it out. I dont usually leave this bad of reviews but tht is completely unexceptable.

I walked in there and they all looked at me like they weren’t sure why I walked in. After ordering, my food took a while, I just assumed they were dealing with a lunch rush. I was with a friend and his sandwich came out fresh and tasty. I took a bight from my sandwich and it tasted old and sweaty. Tasted like someone purposely wiped my sandwich with an old kitchen towel. I thought I was just being paranoid, so I tried my friends sandwich. It was pretty good. He tried my sandwich, gagged and spit it out immediately. He couldn’t even chew it! This was probably one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted in my life. They don’t have to worry about me ever setting foot back in that store while I am in Frankfort. My stomach is starting to hurt as I am typing this review.

We tried Penn State subs for the first time, and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and quick, but the highlight was definitely the flavor of the subs. Plus, they offer fries instead of bagged chips, which was a great touch!

If I could give a zero I sure would. Asked for chicken cordon blue with no ham. Nothing came on it but two pieces of chicken and lettuce drowned in honey mustard. Was truly a disservice. I threw it away because it was not for consumption. This below is round two on the sandwich. I have no words! I will NEVER spend money here.

This location is great! Has so many options, and the people who work here are very nice! Especially Garland I think her name was? I had tried the ghost pepper cheese a while back and it was great! although my stomach didn’t agree… I LOVE KENTUCKY! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

In general everything was good. I finished a long day of physical labor. I was in town and needed something quick. Just the cost was too high. Sandwich, medium fries, medium drink was $25. This is fast food not even casual dining. Rediculous.

Staff is always super nice and friendly at this location so my two star rating is strictly due to the fact that the young man who checked me out and took my cash at the register, never took his gloves off after he handled my money and went ahead and made my sandwich. I’m sorry, but that is definitely something that is not acceptable. This is not the first time that this has happened and I felt obligated to leave a review since it happened again. I have worked in the food service industry, and that is a big no no… Handling nasty money and then making someone’s sandwich. And for all, I know, he could’ve had those gloves on his whole shift, touching countless money. I paid for my food, but definitely did not eat it. #dobetter
