Everyone at this location is really awesome. Everytime I go in the service, food, and atmosphere is excellent! Always fresh and the attitude of everyone here is very refreshing and vibrant! I can’t express nought how important this is. The fact that it’s a winning combination of kindness and delicious food is a worth eating here! Thank you Penn Station. After avoiding Penn Station for over two years due to previous negative experiences, I decided to give them another shot. Unfortunately, my visit confirmed that nothing has improved. Upon arrival, I was greeted by indifferent employees who were more engrossed in their phones than in providing customer service. Despite placing a simple order, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a sub and small fries. The staff showed no sense of urgency or respect for my time.
While waiting, I witnessed another customer who had placed an online order almost 30 minutes prior being treated rudely when he inquired about his food. The employee curtly told him, “You get it when you get it. That’s not how it works.” This dismissive attitude and lack of efficiency reaffirmed my decision to not return to Penn Station. The overall experience was a disappointing reminder of why I stopped visiting in the first place.

Clean establishment with excellent service. I tried the chicken parmesan and wasn’t too impressed with the pizza sauce. Some home made marinara would definitely set this sandwich off.

The food here is wonderful, and I used to come here once a month while charging my truck while traveling. But recently they closed the bathroom, which is at least 50% of the reason why I come here while I’m on the road.
I went in any way and used the restroom last time I was there. There was nothing wrong. The staff just doesn’t want to clean it, I’m pretty sure.

Ate here for years but here lately I’ve been paying $5 for this medium fry. Really? And the fries were cold, use to they wouldn’t drop the fries till you got there. Guess I’ll just stop ordering fries.

Penn Station is one of my favorite places to go. I go here maybe twice a year, maybe more, just depends. The store is clean and they care about customer safety. The employees could be more talkative to the customers to create that bond but other than that, good job btw I had ordered the Philly Cheesesteak which was phenomenal

Hit this Penn Station up yesterday. As always I was not disappointed. I stuck with my usual 12″ artichoke. I love this sandwich. Of course threw in one of their epic cookies because they are so worth it and I felt like being naughty on the calories. The staff was great. Service timely. Place was clean and orderly.

We go there quite a bit, most of the time its ok. Sometimes employees are young and don’t care. They don’t clean the rest rooms very much at all. Today we went and the french fries( which are usually one of their best things) were disgusting greasy and soggy, heres the pic. We are very dissapointed. This place is such a gamble. Mancinos down the street is always good though. Really need to step it up or this location won’t last probably.

I’m a big Penn Station fan, but this location seems to be lacking. Typically they overflow your container of fries, here they barely filled it. A significant part of my sandwich was completely devoid of filling. $15 for a sandwich missing it’s filling is insane.
